De p\u00e5virker naturligvis medarbeidertilfredsheten og ytelsen som kommer fra den. Men er dette faktoren vi b\u00f8r velge jobbene v\u00e5re med?  <\/p>\n\n<!--more-->\n\n<p>Du kjenner f\u00f8lelsen. Du blar gjennom <strong>\n  <a href=\"https:\/\/atena.sk\/sk\/praca?page=1&amp;limit=20\">jobbtilbudene<\/a>\n<\/strong> , og i <strong>\n  <a href=\"https:\/\/atena.sk\/sk\/benefit\">arbeidsfordelsdelen<\/a>\n<\/strong> vil du se poeng som \u00e5 jobbe i et vennlig team og m\u00e5ltidskuponger. Men bare med disse fordelene i dag imponerer arbeidsgiveren ikke mye lenger. Deres betydning vokser, og i noen tilfeller overstiger fordelene selv l\u00f8nnen selv. I dag er det allerede et bredt spekter av alternativer som brukes avhengig av st\u00f8rrelsen p\u00e5 selskapet og dets driftsomr\u00e5de, samt stillingen som de ansatte opptar. I f\u00f8lge ansattes fordeler kan s\u00f8kere se hvordan arbeidsgiveren tar vare p\u00e5 sitt team av arbeidstakere. Men pr\u00f8ver ikke arbeidsgivere bare \u00e5 gj\u00f8re deg flau over dette?  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fordeler som en selvf\u00f8lge<\/h2>\n\n<p>Inntil for noen ti\u00e5r siden var fordeler p\u00e5 jobben en luksus eller et privilegium for store utenlandske selskaper. I dag er de en viktig del av <strong>\n  <a href=\"https:\/\/atena.sk\/\">jobbtilbudene<\/a>\n<\/strong> og er til og med et avgj\u00f8rende element for s\u00f8kere. Arbeidskoden anerkjenner dem imidlertid ikke, og det er derfor etter arbeidsgiverens skj\u00f8nn hva han vil tilby og om i det hele tatt. Men hvilke \u00e5 velge \u00e5 tiltrekke seg s\u00f8kere? Fleksibel arbeidstid eller hjemmekontor er h\u00f8yt verdsatt i dag. Muligheten for utdanning m\u00f8ter ogs\u00e5 et godt svar, enten du velger oppl\u00e6ring i- eller spr\u00e5kkurs. Den st\u00f8rste motivatoren og favoritten er 13. og 14. l\u00f8nn og andre \u00f8konomiske bonuser. Det er imidlertid en ekstra ferie, muligheten for \u00e5 jobbe hjemmefra eller fleksibel arbeidstid.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Arbeidsgivere pr\u00f8ver \u00e5 imponere<\/h2>\n\n<p>Med ankomsten av Generasjon Y (80-90-tallet) endret arbeidsvanene seg ogs\u00e5 gradvis. Overtid og lange arbeidsdager ble erstattet av behovet for en balansert veksling av arbeidsoppgaver og fritid. Det er for denne gruppen at fleksibel arbeidstid, ekstra permisjon, arbeid hjemmefra eller utdanning er en viktig faktor for \u00e5 avgj\u00f8re om de skal svare p\u00e5 et jobbtilbud. Men n\u00e5r vi ser p\u00e5 arbeidsgivernes side, domineres fordelene som tilbys av m\u00e5ltidskuponger, muligheten for karrierevekst eller motiverende \u00f8konomiske bel\u00f8nninger. De forestiller seg ikke at arbeidslivet deres kommer p\u00e5 jobb klokken \u00e5tte og avslutter strengt p\u00e5 fem om ettermiddagen. De krever mer frihet, men samtidig er de modigere og mindre redde for ansvar enn den eldre generasjonen.  <\/p><p>&#8211; Analytiker, Nikola Richterov\u00e1<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n<p>Tilbudet av ansattes ytelser avhenger av arbeidet som utf\u00f8res. For mange ansatte virker noen typer fordeler mer overbevisende enn l\u00f8nn. Funksjonen av et fleksibelt system av fordeler bidrar til \u00e5 \u00f8ke prestisjen til personalavdelingen. Det samme gjelder tilfredsstillelsen av selskapets ansatte. Jo st\u00f8rre selskapet er, jo flere fordeler gir det, og jo flere ansatte f\u00e5r dem.
