Til tross for den forskjellige kulturen, kan konklusjonene i forskningen brukes n\u00f8yaktig i Slovakia.<\/p>\n\n<!--more-->\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hvor skal du se etter \u00e5rsaken til fiasko?<\/h3>\n\n<p>Har du noen gang opplevd en situasjon der en komfortabel kollegas l\u00f8nn har blitt \u00f8kt og du ikke er det? Eller at de forfremmet noen andre i stedet for deg til dr\u00f8mmeposisjonen? Og alt dette til tross for at du kommer p\u00e5 jobb f\u00f8rst og forlater sist. Er det en d\u00e5rlig sjef, u\u00f8nskede eller en tilfeldighet som er ansvarlig for arbeidssvikten din? Konklusjonene i forskningen gleder nok ikke mange av oss &#8211; Mr. Hansen og teamet hans kom til den konklusjonen at seg selv er skyld i feilen i ens karriere.<\/p>\n\n<p>Hvordan ble forskningen utf\u00f8rt? De ga 5000 ansatte og ledere en enkel oppgave &#8211; de skulle evaluere arbeidsytelsen til b\u00e5de sjefen og seg selv. De m\u00e5tte ogs\u00e5 svare p\u00e5 en rekke sp\u00f8rsm\u00e5l om arbeidsvanene sine. Hvilken konklusjon n\u00e5dde de? De mest vellykkede er ikke de ansatte som tilbrakte mest tid p\u00e5 jobb. Det er mye viktigere for effektiviteten og suksessen til ansatte hvis de l\u00e6rer \u00e5 jobbe riktig (&laquo;klokt&raquo;).<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hvordan fungere riktig? Lidenskap og hensikt!<\/h3>\n\n<p>Slutt \u00e5 skylde p\u00e5 sjefen eller kollegene dine og fokuser p\u00e5 arbeid. Fra stillingsbeskrivelsen din velger du deler du liker, som du dedikerer deg til med glede og lidenskap. Hvis du liker arbeidet ditt, vil du jobbe enklere, mer effektivt, raskere og samtidig bedre. Fokuser oppmerksomheten og lidenskapen din p\u00e5 m\u00e5lrettede arbeidsoppgaver som har h\u00f8y merverdi for arbeidsgiveren. I tilfelle du klarer \u00e5 kombinere lidenskapen for arbeid med tiden du bruker, vil du ikke mangle gode resultater. Sier du til deg selv at noe slikt ikke vil v\u00e6re mulig i ditt tilfelle? At du knapt liker jobben du gj\u00f8r? Du trenger ikke \u00e5 bytte jobb med en gang. Eksperter anbefaler \u00e5 finne minst en bestemt aktivitet i jobben din som du liker \u00e5 utf\u00f8re, der du finner glede og gjennom det finner en ny betydning i arbeidet ditt.<\/p>\n\n<p>Med et konstant rush av nye oppgaver, ikke v\u00e6r redd for \u00e5 si &laquo;nei&raquo; til sjefen din. Men etterp\u00e5 er det sv\u00e6rt viktig at du kommuniserer med veilederen din. Gi en grunn til at du nekter en ny aktivitet &#8211; fortell ham at du vil jobbe effektivt, og \u00e5 tildele nye aktiviteter vil f\u00f8re til at du ikke vier deg fullt ut til arbeidet ditt. Et stort antall forskjellige oppgaver har en negativ effekt p\u00e5 den ansattes psyke. Resultatet er en s\u00e5 d\u00e5rlig, middelm\u00e5dig medarbeiderprestasjon. Han tar ganske enkelt ikke igjen flere ting samtidig, s\u00e5 han gj\u00f8r dem bare halvhjertet. Fokuser derfor p\u00e5 oppgavene du elsker \u00e5 gj\u00f8re, og som kommer arbeidsgiveren din til gode.
