Har du ikke en p\u00e5 arbeidsplassen din? Som et alternativ b\u00f8r du f\u00e5 en respirator fra arbeidsgiveren. Eller i det minste b\u00f8r det ventilere regelmessig.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Men alt i moderasjon slik at du ikke kommer ut av klimaanlegg eller ventilasjon med helseproblemer. Loven sier ogs\u00e5 at ansatte ikke kan utsettes for u\u00f8nsket direkte kj\u00f8ling av kroppen.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Hvor du kan hevde <\/strong><strong>dine rettigheter<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>Hvis arbeidsgiveren din ikke tar de tiltakene som er foreskrevet ved lov, kan du sende inn en klage til arbeidstilsynet i byen til hovedkvarteret til operasjonen. Du kan ogs\u00e5 kreve dine rettigheter hos den regionale offentlige helsemyndigheten.
