Kopi av bevis p\u00e5 endring av permanent opphold eller erkl\u00e6ring om midlertidig opphold og kopi av arbeidsavtalen er vedlagt s\u00f8knaden. Fradraget gis ikke dersom arbeidstaker f\u00e5r innvilget bidrag etter \u00a7 53.<\/li><li>En endring av bosted med det form\u00e5l \u00e5 gi et bidrag er en endring av bosted for permanent opphold eller en erkl\u00e6ring om midlertidig opphold hvis stedet for ny permanent opphold p\u00e5 den slovakiske republikkens territorium er minst 70 km fra stedet for opprinnelig permanent opphold, eller hvis stedet for midlertidig opphold p\u00e5 den slovakiske republikkens territorium er minst 70 km fra permanent oppholdssted.<\/li><li>Utgiftene til boliger, knyttet til endring av botid med det form\u00e5l \u00e5 gi godtgj\u00f8relsen, er de p\u00e5viste m\u00e5nedlige utgiftene p\u00e5<ol><li>betaling for tjenester som tilbys ved bruk av leiligheten, eller<\/li><li>leie.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>Godtgj\u00f8relsen skal gis i maksimalt seks m\u00e5neder. En medarbeider som var vanskeligstilt arbeidss\u00f8ker f\u00f8r ansettelse, skal ogs\u00e5 f\u00e5 godtgj\u00f8relse i inntil seks m\u00e5neder.
