Derfor er utdanning et av samfunnets grunnleggende m\u00e5l for \u00e5 vokse. Dette betyr at bedrifter pr\u00f8ver \u00e5 trene og stadig utvikle ferdighetene til sine ansatte, i henhold til deres stilling og selskapets fokus. Oppkj\u00f8pet av nye ferdigheter hos ansatte er ogs\u00e5 sv\u00e6rt n\u00e6rt knyttet til hvilke oppl\u00e6ringsmetoder som er hensiktsmessige \u00e5 bruke. Fra de nyeste oppl\u00e6ringsmetodene for ansatte har vi valgt f\u00f8lgende:<\/p>\n\n<!--more-->\n\n<ul><li>Utend\u00f8rs trening \u2013 en metode som brukes i trening av ledere, men ogs\u00e5 i blandingen av laget.<\/li><li>Coaching &#8211; det er en langsiktig veiledning av ansatte ved hjelp av r\u00e5d og kommentarer som ikke m\u00e5 vokse til kommandoer.<\/li><li>Mentoring \u2013 en versjon av coaching der initiativet og ansvaret tas av en utdannet ansatt som velger sin mentor og som veileder ham i sin karriere.<\/li><li>Diagnostisk oppl\u00e6ringsprogram (Vurderingssenter) \u2013 en moderne metode som brukes til utdanning av ansatte og ledere. Deltakeren analyseres i detalj om sin personlighet, utf\u00f8rer ulike oppgaver og l\u00f8ser problemoppgaver. En detaljert personlighetsanalyse utf\u00f8res av psykologer, ledere og andre spesialister.<\/li><li>Outward Bound l\u00e6ring &#8211; med denne metoden blir deltakerne utsatt for uvanlige og uventede situasjoner, overvinne seg selv. Dette er for eksempel bunjeehopping, eller sending av ledere til safarier, hvor de m\u00e5 fange mat, etc. Folk blir ledet til uavhengighet, teamarbeid og forsiktighet.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<p>Den vanligste \u00e5rsaken til utbrenthet av ansatte er stagnasjonen n\u00e5r de ikke har lov til \u00e5 g\u00e5 videre i sin stilling. Derfor er det sv\u00e6rt viktig \u00e5 informere deg selv om utdanning i din fremtidige jobb.
