Det kan h\u00f8res ut som et motiverende sitat, men i virkeligheten er det s\u00e5 n\u00f8yaktig at det nesten er et faktum.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Vi mennesker var i stand til \u00e5 skape den verden vi lever i i dag. Vi klarte \u00e5 sende en mann til m\u00e5nen og f\u00e5 ham tilbake. Og hver dag n\u00e5r vi betydelige milep\u00e6ler innen omr\u00e5der som medisin og teknologi. Hoved\u00e5rsaken til alle disse prestasjonene er motivasjon! Vi vet alle det, men hvorfor tar vi ikke motivasjon som en avgj\u00f8rende faktor n\u00e5r det gjelder \u00e5 beholde ansatte eller \u00f8ke produktiviteten?<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fordeler med motiverte medarbeidere<\/h2>\n\n<p>Visste du at en motivert medarbeider kan v\u00e6re opptil<strong> 21 % mer produktiv<\/strong>? Det betyr at fem motiverte medarbeidere gj\u00f8r samme jobb som seks umotiverte ansatte. Dette betyr at vi vil spare mye tid, energi og midler p\u00e5 \u00e5 rekruttere og l\u00e6re opp nye medarbeidere. Vanligvis bruker et selskap omtrent <strong>syv prosent av hele budsjettet<\/strong> p\u00e5 \u00e5 rekruttere nye ansatte. Tenk deg \u00e5 spare den sammen med hver sjette l\u00f8nn. Det er \u00e5penbart. Det skal imidlertid tas hensyn til at ansatte som er forn\u00f8yde p\u00e5 jobben, deler denne informasjonen med folk rundt dem. Noen av dem jobber i samme felt. Det er viktig \u00e5 respektere, ikke bare forvente, \u00e5 bli respektert. Anerkjennelse er ogs\u00e5 n\u00e6rt knyttet til motivasjon. Ros dine ansatte eller kolleger n\u00e5r ros er p\u00e5 plass. Det koster deg ingenting, men hvis du ikke gj\u00f8r det, vil det koste deg motivasjonen deres.<\/p>\n\n<p>Selvrealisering er i hovedsak oppfyllelse. N\u00e5r du bygger et hus, starter du ikke med taket. F\u00f8rst m\u00e5 du legge grunnlaget.
