Atena vet dette godt og tilbyr derfor sine kunder, ansatte og samarbeidspartnere ulike typer fordeler.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Atena motiverer  <\/h2>\n\n<p>Fordelene vi gir til arbeidstakere inkluderer en transportgodtgj\u00f8relse, en konstant \u00f8kning i l\u00f8nnene til barnepiker, refusjon av omskolingskurs, tilgjengeligheten av v\u00e5re konsulenter 24\/7, som kan kontaktes n\u00e5r som helst om n\u00f8dvendig, sikkerheten for \u00e5 sikre lovlig arbeid for en attraktiv l\u00f8nn, to ukers tilbaketrekking av forskudd. F\u00f8lgende bel\u00f8nningsbel\u00f8p gjelder n\u00e5r du anbefaler<strong> \u00e9n person.<\/strong> Men gi oss gjerne et ekko om flere personer. Godtgj\u00f8relsen for henvisning til stillingen som <strong>barnepike<\/strong> i Tyskland, Holland, England som arbeider med <strong>en ansettelseskontrakt<\/strong> , bestemmes av verdien av <strong>300 euro<\/strong>. Den f\u00f8rste delen betales etter 30 dager, den andre delen etter 60, og den siste, den tredje, etter 90 dager arbeidet. For mekling <strong>av en barnepike som jobber med en handel <\/strong>(vi jobber med denne modellen i \u00d8sterrike), er bel\u00f8pet <strong>100 euro<\/strong>. Bel\u00f8pene i dette tilfellet er delt inn i <strong>to avdrag<\/strong>. F\u00f8rste halvdel oppn\u00e5s etter \u00e5 ha jobbet 14 dager av en barnepike. Andre avdrag etter \u00e5 ha jobbet 28 dager.  <\/p>\n\n<p>N\u00e5r du anbefaler en <strong>arbeidstaker<\/strong> som f\u00e5r jobb <strong>gjennom en personalleie<\/strong>, er godtgj\u00f8relsen <strong>100 euro.<\/strong> Det f\u00f8rste bel\u00f8pet betales etter \u00e5 ha jobbet 100 timer og de resterende etter \u00e5 ha jobbet 200 timer. Vi vil bel\u00f8nne anbefalingen <strong>fra deltidsansatte <\/strong>med et <strong>engangsbel\u00f8p <\/strong>p\u00e5 <strong>10 euro,<\/strong> etter at han har jobbet tre skift i tidsfondet p\u00e5 7,5 timer. Vi bel\u00f8nner ikke bare tips til dyktige folk for eksternt samarbeid, men ogs\u00e5 for <strong>interne stillinger <\/strong>for alle v\u00e5re avdelinger, med en provisjon p\u00e5 <strong>300 euro.<\/strong> Vi bel\u00f8nner jobbene som er mest fordelaktige for samfunnet med et virkelig motiverende bel\u00f8p = <strong>1000 euro<\/strong>. Dette inkluderer stillinger som <strong>IT-spesialist, personalkonsulent hos tysk eller CFO eller regnskapsf\u00f8rer<\/strong>, som vi har p\u00e5 v\u00e5rt hovedkontor i hjertet av Slovakia, i Bansk\u00e1 Bystrica, hvor vi har mulighet til \u00e5 tilby overnatting.
