Concediul unui angajat care a \u00eemplinit v\u00e2rsta de 33 de ani p\u00e2n\u0103 la sf\u00e2r\u0219itul anului calendaristic \u00een cauz\u0103 este de cel pu\u021bin 5 s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2ni. \u00cencep\u00e2nd cu 2020, angaja\u021bii care au dreptul la 5 s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2ni de concediu vor fi \u0219i cei care nu au \u00eemplinit p\u00e2n\u0103 la v\u00e2rsta de 33 de ani, dar care au avut grij\u0103 de copil permanent. Dreptul la concediu anual este suportat de un angajat a c\u0103rui rela\u021bie de munc\u0103 cu un angajator a fost continu\u0103 pe tot parcursul anului calendaristic \u0219i care a lucrat pe baza acestei locuri de munc\u0103 timp de cel pu\u021bin 60 de zile pe an calendaristic. Beneficiile p\u0103rin\u021bilor \u00een numerar legate de veniturile ob\u021binute de p\u0103rinte includ:<\/p>\n\n<ul><li>presta\u021bie de maternitate (sau presta\u021bie de maternitate) &#8211; pl\u0103tit\u0103 de Agen\u021bia de Asigur\u0103ri Sociale<\/li><li>indemniza\u021bie de \u00eengrijire a copilului &#8211; pl\u0103tit\u0103 de Oficiul Muncii, Afacerilor Sociale \u0219i Familiei<\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/atena.sk\/ro\/benefit\"><strong>bonus<\/strong> <\/a>de impozit pentru copii &#8211; pl\u0103tit de angajator, resp. administrator fiscal (birou fiscal)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Supratax\u0103 pentru s\u0103rb\u0103tori<\/h2>\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/atena.sk\/ro\/kontakt\"><strong>Bonusul<\/strong> <\/a>de vacan\u021b\u0103 este de 100% din c\u00e2\u0219tigul mediu al salariatului. Dac\u0103 salariul este remunerat cu un salariu minim, plata pentru concediu va fi de 2.989 EUR \/ or\u0103.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Indemniza\u021bie de maternitate \/ p\u0103rinte<\/h2>\n\n<p>O femeie are dreptul la concediu de maternitate timp de 34 de s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2ni dup\u0103 ce a lucrat cu 270 de zile \u00eenainte de a na\u0219te. O mam\u0103 singur\u0103 are dreptul la 37 de s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2ni de concediu de maternitate, o mam\u0103 a gemenilor p\u00e2n\u0103 la 39 de s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2ni (p\u00e2n\u0103 la sf\u00e2r\u0219itul celor 43 de s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2ni). O femeie care se na\u0219te un copil mort poate r\u0103m\u00e2ne \u00een concediu de maternitate pentru cel mult 14 s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2ni. Comisia European\u0103 a prezentat o propunere pentru \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021birea \u00een continuare a echilibrului munc\u0103-via\u021b\u0103. Indemniza\u021bia de maternitate este de 75% din baza de evaluare zilnic\u0103 pe zi calendaristic\u0103.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pensie<\/h2>\n\n<p>Pensia garantat\u0103 pentru 30 de ani lucra\u021bi este de 33% din salariul mediu brut fa\u021b\u0103 de acum 2 ani. Pentru 31 p\u00e2n\u0103 la 39 de ani de pensie, pensia cre\u0219te de 0,02 ori mai mult dec\u00e2t nivelul de subzisten\u021b\u0103 \u0219i de la 40 de ani de 0,03 ori nivelul de subzisten\u021b\u0103. Aceasta reprezint\u0103 o cre\u0219tere semnificativ\u0103 a pensiei minime fa\u021b\u0103 de anii preceden\u021bi. Dac\u0103 pensia minim\u0103 pentru limit\u0103 de v\u00e2rst\u0103 nu este garantat\u0103, ar trebui s\u0103 c\u00e2\u0219tiga\u021bi aproximativ 80% din salariul mediu pe perioada v\u00e2rstei de munc\u0103.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mas\u0103<\/h2>\n\n<p>Membrii personalului au dreptul la indemniza\u021bie de subzisten\u021b\u0103. Angajatorul poate oferi mese \u00een unitatea de luat masa sau sub form\u0103 de tichete de mas\u0103. Dreptul la bonuri de mas\u0103 se acord\u0103 unui angajat TPP care lucreaz\u0103 mai mult de 4 ore (nu ve\u021bi primi indemniza\u021bie de mas\u0103 la 4 ore de lucru). Dac\u0103 angajatul lucreaz\u0103 mai mult de 11 ore, se recomand\u0103 s\u0103 contribuie la a doua mas\u0103 fierbinte. Totu\u0219i, aceasta nu este datoria angajatorului. Angajatul are dreptul la o indemniza\u021bie de subzisten\u021b\u0103 de cel pu\u021bin 3,83 EUR, care este de 75% din 5,10 EUR. Restul este pl\u0103tit chiar de angajat.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00cengrijirea membrilor familiei<\/h2>\n\n<p>Indemniza\u021bia de asisten\u021b\u0103 medical\u0103 este o presta\u021bie de boal\u0103 oferit\u0103 pentru tratamentul personal \u0219i cu norm\u0103 \u00eentreag\u0103 a unui copil bolnav, a unui so\u021b bolnav, a unei so\u021bii bolnave, a unui p\u0103rinte bolnav sau a unui p\u0103rinte bolnav al unui so\u021b.
