S\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2na de lucru este \u00een general de 5 zile, \u00een unele cazuri de doar 4 zile. Timpul mediu de lucru s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2nal este, de obicei, de 36, 38 sau 40 de ore, \u00een func\u021bie de sector. Pe parcursul celor 4 s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2ni, angajatul nu poate lucra mai mult de 55 de ore pe s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2n\u0103.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Munc\u0103 \u00een weekend<\/h2>\n\n<p>Dreptul la plata suplimentar\u0103 pentru munca prestat\u0103 s\u00e2mb\u0103ta \u0219i duminica este de p\u00e2n\u0103 la 100% din salariul normal. Aceasta depinde de contractul \u00eencheiat cu angajatorul.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Lucrul pe timp de noapte<\/h2>\n\n<p>Dreptul la plata primei pentru munca de noapte variaz\u0103 \u00eentre 45% \u0219i 50% din salariul normal. Aceasta depinde de contractul \u00eencheiat cu angajatorul.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">S\u0103rb\u0103tori<\/h2>\n\n<p>Fiecare angajat din \u021a\u0103rile de Jos are dreptul la concediu pl\u0103tit. Se aplic\u0103 un minim legal de cel pu\u021bin patru ori num\u0103rul de ore din s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2na de lucru pe an. Majoritatea acordurilor colective permit un num\u0103r chiar mai mare. Pentru angaja\u021bii cu norm\u0103 \u00eentreag\u0103, aceasta este \u00een general de 20-30 de zile. Indiferent de salariul pe care \u00eel primi\u021bi, ave\u021bi dreptul la o indemniza\u021bie minim\u0103 de vacan\u021b\u0103 de 8%, cunoscut\u0103 sub denumirea de &#8222;indemniza\u021bie de vacan\u021b\u0103&#8221;.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">13 \u0219i al 14-lea salariu <\/h2>\n\n<p>  \u00cen \u021a\u0103rile de Jos, plata 13. iar al 14-lea salariu nu este acordat prin lege. Dac\u0103 primi\u021bi un bonus financiar depinde de angajatorul dumneavoastr\u0103.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Concediu medical (concediu medical)<\/h2>\n\n<p>Fiecare angajat cu contract olandez are dreptul la concediu medical, dar nu se specific\u0103 pentru c\u00e2te zile. \u00cen conformitate cu legisla\u021bia olandez\u0103, \u00een cazul \u00eemboln\u0103virii unui angajat, angajatorul continu\u0103 s\u0103 pl\u0103teasc\u0103 cel pu\u021bin 70% din salariu (timp de 104 s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2ni &#8211; doi ani). Medicii curan\u021bi din \u021a\u0103rile de Jos nu elibereaz\u0103 certificate de incapacitate de munc\u0103 \u00een scopul angaj\u0103rii sau asigur\u0103rii, ci doar \u00een scopul serviciilor medicale.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Aloca\u021bii familiale<\/h2>\n\n<p>Valoarea aloca\u021biei depinde de v\u00e2rsta copilului (0-5 ani = 249,31\u20ac). Presta\u021biile pentru copii sunt mai mari dup\u0103 ce copilul \u00eempline\u0219te v\u00e2rsta de 6 ani (6-11 ani = 302,74 EUR). Valoarea presta\u021biilor va cre\u0219te din nou atunci c\u00e2nd copilul dumneavoastr\u0103 \u00eempline\u0219te v\u00e2rsta de 12 ani (12-17 ani = 356,16 EUR). \u00cen \u021a\u0103rile de Jos, aloca\u021bia pentru copii se pl\u0103te\u0219te trimestrial, \u0219i anume la fiecare trei luni.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Suprataxe pentru s\u0103rb\u0103torile legale<\/h2>\n\n<p>Dreptul la indemniza\u021bia de vacan\u021b\u0103 variaz\u0103 de la 50% la 100%. Aceasta depinde de contractul \u00eencheiat cu angajatorul respectiv. Aprilie<\/p>\n\n<p>Ziua eliber\u0103rii &#8211; 5. Mai (o dat\u0103 la cinci ani)  <\/p>\n\n<p>\u00cen\u0103l\u021barea Domnului (s\u0103rb\u0103toare mobil\u0103)<\/p>\n\n<p>Rusalii (s\u0103rb\u0103toare mobil\u0103)<\/p>\n\n<p>S\u0103rb\u0103torile de Cr\u0103ciun &#8211; 25. \u0219i 26 decembrie<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Indemniza\u021bie de maternitate\/parental\u0103  <\/h2>\n\n<p>Concediul de maternitate la care are dreptul mama dureaz\u0103 16 s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2ni. Aceasta poate \u00eencepe \u00eenc\u0103 de la 6 s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2ni, dar nu mai t\u00e2rziu de 4 s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2ni \u00eenainte de na\u0219terea planificat\u0103 \u0219i continu\u0103 dup\u0103 na\u0219tere p\u00e2n\u0103 la cele 16 s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2ni men\u021bionate mai sus. Dac\u0103 nu dep\u0103\u0219e\u0219te plafonul, indemniza\u021bia de maternitate este pl\u0103tit\u0103 la nivelul salariului mamei. Salariul zilnic maxim este de 223,40 EUR. Ambii p\u0103rin\u021bi au dreptul la concediu pentru cre\u0219terea copilului dac\u0103 au lucrat pentru acela\u0219i angajator timp de cel pu\u021bin un an \u0219i \u00eengrijesc un copil sub 8 ani.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pensionare<\/h2>\n\n<p>\u00cen \u021bara \u00een care locui\u021bi \u0219i lucra\u021bi \u00een prezent, pute\u021bi primi o pensie numai atunci c\u00e2nd atinge\u021bi v\u00e2rsta de pensionare. Pensia dumneavoastr\u0103 \u00een \u021a\u0103rile de Jos se calculeaz\u0103 pe baza primului pilon, \u00eencep\u00e2nd cu v\u00e2rsta de 67 de ani. Ave\u021bi dreptul la 2% din pensia complet\u0103 pentru fiecare an de serviciu.
