Maji 2019 \u00ebsht\u00eb vendosur n\u00eb mas\u00ebn 50% t\u00eb pag\u00ebs minimale n\u00eb or\u00eb, p\u00ebr pun\u00ebn t\u00eb diel\u00ebn 100% t\u00eb pag\u00ebs minimale n\u00eb or\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Punoni nat\u00ebn<\/h2>\n\n<p>Shtesa p\u00ebr pun\u00ebn e nat\u00ebs nga data 1 maj 2019 \u00ebsht\u00eb vendosur n\u00eb mas\u00ebn 40% t\u00eb pag\u00ebs minimale n\u00eb or\u00eb (shtes\u00eb n\u00eb shum\u00ebn 1196\u20ac), n\u00eb rastin e nj\u00eb punonj\u00ebsi q\u00eb kryen <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/atena.sk\/sk\/praca?page=1&amp;limit=20\">pun\u00eb<\/a><\/strong> me rrezik, shuma e shtes\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb 50% e paga minimale p\u00ebr or\u00eb (shtim shtes\u00eb n\u00eb shum\u00eb prej 1,495\u20ac). <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pushime<\/h2>\n\n<p>Koh\u00ebzgjatja baz\u00eb e pushimit \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn 4 jav\u00eb. Pushimi i nj\u00eb punonj\u00ebsi q\u00eb mbush 33 vje\u00e7 n\u00eb fund t\u00eb vitit kalendarik p\u00ebrkat\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn 5 jav\u00eb. Nga viti 2020, punonj\u00ebsve q\u00eb kan\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00eb p\u00ebr 5 jav\u00eb pushim do t&#8217;u bashkohen edhe ata punonj\u00ebs q\u00eb nuk kan\u00eb mbushur ende 33 vje\u00e7, por q\u00eb kujdesen p\u00ebrgjithmon\u00eb p\u00ebr nj\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00eb. E drejta e pushimit p\u00ebr nj\u00eb vit kalendarik lind p\u00ebr pun\u00ebmarr\u00ebsin, marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnia e pun\u00ebs e t\u00eb cilit me nj\u00eb pun\u00ebdh\u00ebn\u00ebs ka zgjatur vazhdimisht gjat\u00eb gjith\u00eb vitit kalendarik dhe q\u00eb ka kryer pun\u00eb n\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnie pune p\u00ebr t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn 60 dit\u00eb n\u00eb vitin kalendarik. E drejta p\u00ebr nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb proporcionale t\u00eb fest\u00ebs p\u00ebr dit\u00ebt e punuara \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebr \u00e7do muaj t\u00eb plot\u00eb kalendarik me koh\u00ebzgjatje t\u00eb vazhdueshme t\u00eb s\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebs marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnie pune. \u00cbsht\u00eb llogaritur si 1\/12 pushime p\u00ebr vit kalendarik * 20 dit\u00eb pushimi * numri i muajve t\u00eb punuar. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">13. dhe pagesa e 14-t\u00eb<\/h2>\n\n<p>Nj\u00eb kusht i r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm p\u00ebr lirimin 13. e pag\u00ebs s\u00eb paguar n\u00eb muajin qershor \u00ebsht\u00eb se shuma e kompensimit monetar t\u00eb paguar duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb s\u00eb paku shuma e t\u00eb ardhurave mesatare mujore t\u00eb punonj\u00ebsit. PN e p\u00ebrkohshme e personit vler\u00ebsohet dhe vendoset nga mjeku p\u00ebrkat\u00ebs. <\/p>\n\n<p>Punonj\u00ebsi ka t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn e kompensimit t\u00eb t\u00eb ardhurave gjat\u00eb PN t\u00eb p\u00ebrkohshme n\u00eb mas\u00ebn:<\/p>\n\n<ul><li>25% e baz\u00ebs s\u00eb vler\u00ebsimit ditor &#8211; nga 1. deri n\u00eb 3 p\u00ebr koh\u00ebzgjatjen e PN-s\u00eb s\u00eb p\u00ebrkohshme,<\/li><li>55% e baz\u00ebs s\u00eb vler\u00ebsimit ditor &#8211; nga 4. deri ne 10 n\u00eb dat\u00ebn e PN-s\u00eb s\u00eb p\u00ebrkohshme.<\/li><li>55% e baz\u00ebs ditore t\u00eb vler\u00ebsimit paguhet nga Sigurimet Shoq\u00ebrore &#8211; nga 11 n\u00eb dat\u00ebn e PN-s\u00eb s\u00eb p\u00ebrkohshme. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">P\u00ebrfitime sociale<\/h2>\n\n<p>Prindi ka t\u00eb drejt\u00eb p\u00ebr p\u00ebrfitime sociale shtet\u00ebrore ose p\u00ebrfitim tatimor nga shteti, n\u00ebse plot\u00ebson kushtet n\u00eb lidhje me fitimin e t\u00eb ardhurave. P\u00ebrfitimet n\u00eb para p\u00ebr nj\u00eb prind q\u00eb lidhen me t\u00eb ardhurat e prindit p\u00ebrfshijn\u00eb:<\/p>\n\n<ul><li>lehonia (ose p\u00ebrfitimi i lehonis\u00eb) &#8211; paguhet nga Sigurimet Shoq\u00ebrore<\/li><li>Shtesa p\u00ebr kujdesin e f\u00ebmij\u00ebve &#8211; e paguar nga Zyra e Pun\u00ebs, \u00c7\u00ebshtjeve Sociale dhe Familjes<\/li><li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/atena.sk\/sk\/benefit\">bonus<\/a><\/strong> tatimor p\u00ebr nj\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00eb &#8211; i paguar nga pun\u00ebdh\u00ebn\u00ebsi, ose administrator tatimor (zyre tatimore)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Shtes\u00eb p\u00ebr pushime<\/h2>\n\n<p>Bonusi p\u00ebr t\u00eb <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/atena.sk\/sk\/kontakt\">punuar<\/a><\/strong> n\u00eb nj\u00eb fest\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb 100% e t\u00eb ardhurave mesatare t\u00eb punonj\u00ebsit. Nj\u00eb n\u00ebn\u00eb beqare ka t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn e 37. jav\u00eb pushim lehonie, n\u00ebn\u00eb e binjak\u00ebve deri n\u00eb 39. jav\u00eb (maksimumi deri n\u00eb fund t\u00eb jav\u00ebs s\u00eb 43-t\u00eb). Nj\u00eb grua q\u00eb lind nj\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00eb t\u00eb vdekur mund t\u00eb q\u00ebndroj\u00eb n\u00eb pushim t\u00eb lehonis\u00eb p\u00ebr maksimum 14 jav\u00eb. Komisioni Evropian doli me nj\u00eb propozim p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsuar m\u00eb tej ekuilibrin midis pun\u00ebs dhe jet\u00ebs personale. Shuma e pushimit t\u00eb lehonis\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb 75% e baz\u00ebs s\u00eb vler\u00ebsimit ditor p\u00ebr nj\u00eb dit\u00eb kalendarike. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pension<\/h2>\n\n<p>Pensioni i garantuar p\u00ebr 30 vite sh\u00ebrbim \u00ebsht\u00eb 33% e pag\u00ebs mesatare bruto nga 2 vite m\u00eb par\u00eb. P\u00ebr 31 deri n\u00eb 39 vjet t\u00eb plot\u00ebsuar, pensioni rritet me 0,02 her\u00eb minimumi jetik dhe nga 40 vjet me 0,03 her\u00eb minimumi jetik. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb rritje e ndjeshme e pensionit minimal krahasuar me vitet e m\u00ebparshme. N\u00ebse pensioni minimal i pleq\u00ebris\u00eb nuk do t\u00eb garantohej, p\u00ebr nj\u00eb shum\u00eb t\u00eb till\u00eb do t\u00eb duhej t\u00eb fitonit rreth 80% t\u00eb pag\u00ebs mesatare gjat\u00eb jet\u00ebs suaj t\u00eb pun\u00ebs. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">E ngr\u00ebnshme<\/h2>\n\n<p>Punonj\u00ebsit kan\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb kompensim ushqimor. Pun\u00ebdh\u00ebn\u00ebsi mund t\u00eb ofroj\u00eb ushqime n\u00eb nj\u00eb institucion ushqimor ose n\u00eb form\u00ebn e biletave t\u00eb ushqimit. Nj\u00eb punonj\u00ebs i TPP-s\u00eb i cili \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb pun\u00eb p\u00ebr m\u00eb shum\u00eb se 4 or\u00eb ka t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn e biletave t\u00eb vaktit (nuk do t\u00eb merrni nj\u00eb bilet\u00eb vakti p\u00ebr 4 or\u00eb pun\u00eb). N\u00ebse punonj\u00ebsi punon m\u00eb shum\u00eb se 11 or\u00eb, rekomandohet t\u00eb kontribuoj\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb vakt t\u00eb dyt\u00eb t\u00eb nxeht\u00eb. Megjithat\u00eb, nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb detyrim i pun\u00ebdh\u00ebn\u00ebsit. Ofrohet edhe p\u00ebr q\u00ebllime t\u00eb kujdesit personal dhe gjith\u00ebditor p\u00ebr nj\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00eb t\u00eb sh\u00ebndetsh\u00ebm deri n\u00eb dhjet\u00eb vje\u00e7.
