I zato je va\u017eno kako to vreme pro\u017eivljavamo, kakve osec\u0301aje imamo i u kakvim odnosima smo sa kolegama. Jer svi \u017eele da rade svoj posao u prijatnoj atmosferi.<\/p>\n\n<!--more-->\n\n<p>Negativnost, stres, lo\u0161i odnosi, nekontrolisane emocije i frustracija zaposlenih negativno uti\u010du ne samo na rad zaposlenih, vec\u0301 i na njihovo zdravlje, zadovoljstvo, odanost ili sveukupnu posvec\u0301enost onome \u0161to se de\u0161ava u kompaniji. Negativni zaposlenici uti\u010du na ceo tim i samim tim na ukupnu klimu na radnom mestu. Me\u0111utim, reputacija i imid\u017e kompanije tako\u0111e zavise od toga \u0161ta zaposleni ka\u017eu o kompaniji u svom okru\u017eenju. To je za\u010darani krug. Kada zaposlenici \u0161ire negativne informacije, kompanijama nedostaju pozitivni ljudi puni entuzijazma, sposobni da motivi\u0161u i pokrenu tim napred. Nijedno ogla\u0161avanje nec\u0301e pomoc\u0301i kompaniji ako zaposleni ne dele svoje vrednosti sa zadovoljstvom.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Profil uzornog \u0161efa<\/h2>\n\n<p>Li\u010dnost \u0161efa se ogleda u nivou odnosa izme\u0111u saradnika. Stoga bi \u0161ef trebao biti uzor. Percepcija onoga \u0161to se doga\u0111a me\u0111u podre\u0111enima deo je njegovog rada. Ovakav pristup poma\u017ee u stvaranju otvorenosti. Pritisak i potisak trebaju biti u ravnote\u017ei. Vo\u0111a bira taktike koje su u datoj situaciji potrebne.<\/p>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\"><p>Velika je razlika izme\u0111u pozitivnog razmi\u0161ljanja i re\u0161avanja datih prepreka;  i toga da je va\u0161 stav negativan da  vam strah i sumnja prolaze kroz glavu.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Prava motivacia<\/h2>\n\n<p>Svaka osoba je jedinstvena. Neke je potrebno gurnuti, drugima treba vi\u0161e pohvale. Sjajni vo\u0111a mo\u017ee promi\u0161ljeno motivisati. U isto vreme, on zna da je njegovim podre\u0111enima uglavnom potrebno priznavanje na poslu. Cilj je ujediniti kolektiv.<\/p>\n\n<p>Kada zaposleni osete da im je radno mesto bar malo nalik njihovom drugom domu, oni vole da do\u0111u na posao. Naravno, i njihov u\u010dinak je komparativno ve\u0107i a dobri menad\u017eeri to dobro znaju, pa dobro vode ra\u010duna o svojim zaposlenima. Sve c\u0301e im se vratiti nekoliko puta.<\/p>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\"><p>Na\u0161a misao nema granice osim onih koje mi sami dajemo. Ako je dobro obu\u010dena, mo\u017ee stvoriti ogromno bogatstvo.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kako se postaviti, da vam na poslu bude dobro? <\/h2>\n\n<p>Prevencija je najbolja. Potrebne su nam tri stvari za stabilnost u \u017eivotu. Pristojan posao, u kojem u\u017eivamo, ili najgorem slu\u010daju onaj koji nam nije nepodno\u0161ljiv. Dalje su to dobri odnosi sa na\u0161im najmilijima i istovremeno na\u0161i interesi. Ako se u sve tri oblasti osec\u0301amo dobro, osec\u0301ac\u0301emo se stabilno.<\/p>\n\n<p>Pozitivni ljudi imaju tendenciju da motivi\u0161u kolege, podsti\u010du ih na uspeh, poma\u017eu im da prevazi\u0111u probleme i ispune zajedni\u010dke ciljeve.
