Om vi g\u00e5r 30 \u00e5r tillbaka i tiden skulle processen f\u00f6r att hitta den b\u00e4sta kandidaten vara att leta efter en person med en relevant utbildning och goda betyg som han eller hon hade uppn\u00e5tt i skolan. Numera \u00e4r det mycket viktigare att v\u00e4lja den l\u00e4mpligaste kandidaten. Det finns ett antal <strong>andra indikatorer<\/strong> som b\u00f6r beaktas. Dessutom kan faktorer som erfarenhet och referenser vara viktigare \u00e4n utbildning och betyg.<\/p>\n\n<!--more-->\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Var ska man b\u00f6rja?<\/h2>\n\n<p>Om du har en h\u00f6g med 200-300 CV:n p\u00e5 ditt skrivbord f\u00f6r en tj\u00e4nst \u00e4r det improduktivt att intervjua alla. Det f\u00f6rsta steget du m\u00e5ste ta \u00e4r att g\u00f6ra <strong>en urvalslista<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p>Shortlisting inneb\u00e4r att man snabbt tittar p\u00e5 varje kandidats CV och sedan delar in personerna i tv\u00e5 grupper &#8211; <strong>l\u00e4mpliga och ol\u00e4mpliga<\/strong>. Syftet \u00e4r att v\u00e4lja ut endast de kandidater som du vill kontakta. Det g\u00f6r du genom att fastst\u00e4lla<strong> kvalifikationsfaktorer<\/strong>. L\u00e5t oss s\u00e4ga att du beh\u00f6ver en engelsktalande person med direkt erfarenhet av att arbeta med m\u00e4nniskor och k\u00f6rkort. Du beh\u00f6ver bara v\u00e4lja personer som uppfyller dessa krav.<\/p>\n\n<p>Om jobbet till exempel \u00e4r i \u00d6sterrike och det kr\u00e4vs kommunikation \u00e4r det ingen id\u00e9 att intervjua personer som inte talar tyska. Om du har f\u00f6r m\u00e5nga cv:n i slutet av urvalslistan kan du helt enkelt l\u00e4gga till fler kriterier tills du n\u00e5r ett rimligt antal s\u00f6kande.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">F\u00f6rsta kontakt<\/h2>\n\n<p>N\u00e4r du har n\u00e5gra kandidater som verkar ha de egenskaper som kr\u00e4vs f\u00f6r tj\u00e4nsten \u00e4r det dags att ta den f\u00f6rsta kontakten. Ditt m\u00e5l \u00e4r att avg\u00f6ra om du vill intervjua kandidaten och om du vill tills\u00e4tta den lediga tj\u00e4nsten.<\/p>\n\n<p>Det du kan g\u00f6ra \u00e4r att spara din och kandidatens tid genom att ge ytterligare information och st\u00e4lla f\u00f6ljdfr\u00e5gor. T\u00e4nk p\u00e5 vilka aktiviteter som orsakar den h\u00f6gsta personaloms\u00e4ttningen och de sv\u00e5raste arbetsuppgifterna under arbetet. Se till att du <strong>n\u00e4mner b\u00e5da<\/strong>. Om de inte \u00e4r villiga att g\u00f6ra arbetet eller tror att de inte kan utf\u00f6ra uppgifterna \u00e4r det ingen id\u00e9 att forts\u00e4tta. Tacka dem f\u00f6r deras tid och fokusera p\u00e5 att hitta fler l\u00e4mpliga kandidater.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Intervju &#8211; den sista punkten i processen  <\/h2>\n\n<p>Detta \u00e4r det sista steget innan du f\u00e5r ett jobb. Du har redan allm\u00e4n information om de s\u00f6kande. Det \u00e4r dags att l\u00e4ra k\u00e4nna dem i detalj. F\u00f6rutom att st\u00e4lla fr\u00e5gor, <strong>ge information<\/strong>. Se till att du i detalj f\u00f6rklarar vad den s\u00f6kande ska g\u00f6ra, eftersom det inte \u00e4r n\u00e5gon id\u00e9 att anst\u00e4lla n\u00e5gon som inte vill g\u00f6ra jobbet. F\u00e5 s\u00e5 mycket information som m\u00f6jligt om kandidaternas eventuella tidigare erfarenheter. Precis som du. Det \u00e4r <strong>helt normalt<\/strong> att g\u00f6ra misstag &#8211; ingen \u00e4r perfekt. En kandidat kan vara mycket bra p\u00e5 att intervjua, men inte en bra arbetare. Den nya medarbetaren kanske inte gillar jobbet och slutar efter en vecka. Du b\u00f6r inte n\u00e4rma dig en ny kollega som om han eller hon vore den sista personen du anst\u00e4llde f\u00f6r tj\u00e4nsten. Wayne Gretzky sa en g\u00e5ng:<em>&#8221;Du missar 100 procent av de skott du inte tar<\/em>. &#8221; I det h\u00e4r fallet \u00e4r det sant. Om du inte f\u00f6rs\u00f6ker \u00e4r du s\u00e4ker p\u00e5 att misslyckas. D\u00e4rf\u00f6r \u00e4r det bra att ge m\u00e4nniskor en chans &#8211; du kan bli \u00f6verraskad av resultatet. Men \u00e4ven om du inte g\u00f6r det kan du alltid f\u00f6rs\u00f6ka igen.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Investera i utbildning<\/h2>\n\n<p>En bra medarbetare \u00e4r en v\u00e4lutbildad medarbetare. Du kanske inte vill sl\u00f6sa resurser och tid p\u00e5 en person som kanske l\u00e4mnar dig. Din oro b\u00f6r dock vara vad som h\u00e4nder om arbetstagaren inte \u00e4r v\u00e4lutbildad och stannar kvar. Att l\u00e4gga tid och resurser p\u00e5 utbildning \u00e4r helt enkelt en risk som du <strong>m\u00e5ste<\/strong> ta. Men om du rekryterar ofta kan du skapa utbildningsmaterial som videor eller presentationer f\u00f6r att g\u00f6ra processen s\u00e5 enkel som m\u00f6jligt.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Och om du k\u00e4nner att du inte klarar av uppgiften kan du \u00f6verl\u00e5ta allt till proffsen.
