Till skillnad fr\u00e5n f\u00f6r 20 eller 50 \u00e5r sedan f\u00f6rlitar vi oss mycket mer p\u00e5 sociala medier och internet i allm\u00e4nhet. Men tekniken \u00e4r inte den enda faktorn. <strong>R\u00f6rlighet<\/strong> spelar ocks\u00e5 en stor roll f\u00f6r utvecklingen av moderna m\u00e4nskliga resurser. I dag kan en person som bor i EU packa en v\u00e4ska med kl\u00e4der, ta med sig sitt ID-kort och flytta utomlands f\u00f6r att arbeta p\u00e5 n\u00e5gra timmar.<\/p>\n\n<p>I dag ska vi tala om varf\u00f6r tillg\u00e5ng till en global arbetskraft kan gynna alla f\u00f6retag, och varf\u00f6r f\u00f6retag som inte har tillg\u00e5ng till en global arbetskraft automatiskt ligger ett <strong>steg efter<\/strong> konkurrenterna.<\/p>\n\n<!--more-->\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mer talang<\/h2>\n\n<p>Den st\u00f6rsta f\u00f6rdelen med att s\u00f6ka personal utomlands \u00e4r f\u00f6rmodligen att du kan v\u00e4lja den mest l\u00e4mpade <strong>kandidaten<\/strong> bland flera <strong>kandidater<\/strong>. Om det i st\u00e4llet finns tusen s\u00e5dana kandidater kommer du att leta efter den <strong>mest idealiska<\/strong> kandidaten, inte den som kryssar i flest rutor i ditt fr\u00e5geformul\u00e4r. Det \u00e4r ju trots allt de <strong>anst\u00e4llda<\/strong> som utg\u00f6r f\u00f6retaget. Och du kan inte vara b\u00e4st om du inte anst\u00e4ller de b\u00e4sta.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">M\u00e5ngkulturell milj\u00f6 eller arbetskraft<\/h2>\n\n<p>Vi lever i en tid d\u00e5 allt ska vara <strong>politiskt korrekt<\/strong>. Detta inneb\u00e4r att vi inte b\u00f6r eller kan fatta beslut om anst\u00e4llning p\u00e5 grundval av \u00e5lder, religion, nationalitet eller andra stereotyper och f\u00f6rdomar. \u00c5 andra sidan \u00e4r stereotyper <strong>inte<\/strong> alltid negativa.<\/p>\n\n<p>\u00d6steurop\u00e9er \u00e4r till exempel k\u00e4nda f\u00f6r sin <strong>g\u00e4stfrihet<\/strong>. Om man \u00e4r en bra v\u00e4rd \u00e4r det troligt att man ocks\u00e5 blir en bra v\u00e5rdare. Den osj\u00e4lviska karakt\u00e4ren inneb\u00e4r att de utf\u00f6r ett arbete som g\u00e5r ut\u00f6ver de vanliga arbetsuppgifterna genom att ocks\u00e5 ge patienten tr\u00f6st. Och det \u00e4r trots allt hemv\u00e5rdens fr\u00e4msta m\u00e5l &#8211; patientens komfort.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Centraleurop\u00e9erna v\u00e4rderar <strong>familjen<\/strong> mycket h\u00f6gt. Detta g\u00f6r dem till utm\u00e4rkta medarbetare p\u00e5 l\u00e5ng sikt. Det kan ta lite l\u00e4ngre tid f\u00f6r dem att skapa en relation. Men n\u00e4r de g\u00f6r det \u00e4r det \u00e4rligt och starkt, och n\u00e4stan ingenting kan st\u00f6ra det.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">B\u00e4ttre lagarbete och kreativitet<\/h2>\n\n<p>Om du arbetar inom ett omr\u00e5de d\u00e4r det kr\u00e4vs kreativitet finns det inget b\u00e4ttre \u00e4n att ha ett <strong>m\u00e5ngkulturellt<\/strong> team. Du f\u00e5r f\u00f6rdelen av att ha m\u00e4nniskor i ditt team som har f\u00e5tt en annan uppv\u00e4xt. Detta g\u00e4ller \u00e4ven f\u00f6r saker som seder och traditioner. Det som skiljer dem \u00e5t \u00e4r dock deras <strong>olika tankes\u00e4tt och s\u00e4tt att t\u00e4nka<\/strong>. Det inneb\u00e4r att de kan komma med nya och kreativa id\u00e9er. De kanske till och med kan uppt\u00e4cka problem som ingen har uppt\u00e4ckt tidigare och hj\u00e4lpa till att l\u00f6sa dem. P\u00e5 det hela taget sammanf\u00f6r den flera olika perspektiv p\u00e5 hur man ska hantera sv\u00e5ra situationer.
