Detta \u00e4r n\u00e5got som vi ser b\u00e5de p\u00e5 v\u00e5rdinr\u00e4ttningar och p\u00e5 \u00e4ldreboenden. Vad bidrar till detta problem och vad kan man g\u00f6ra \u00e5t det?  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Det finns flera sk\u00e4l till detta  <\/h2>\n\n<p>V\u00e5rdpersonalens arbete ses som socialt oattraktivt, men det \u00e4r \u00e4nd\u00e5 ett mycket <strong>viktigt arbete<\/strong> &#8211; att ge v\u00e5rd och hj\u00e4lp till utsatta m\u00e4nniskor. M\u00e5nga familjer kan inte ta hand om en \u00e4ldre sl\u00e4kting som dessutom lider av olika diagnoser, eftersom de m\u00e5ste arbeta och redan har egna familjer. Ett annat sk\u00e4l \u00e4r arbetets fysiska och k\u00e4nslom\u00e4ssiga <strong>krav<\/strong>. V\u00e5rdpersonal kommer ofta i kontakt med \u00e4ldre personer som har allvarliga <a href=\"https:\/\/atena.sk\/blog\/sv\/vilka-ar-de-vanligaste-sjukdomarna-hos-aldre\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\n  <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#0e0429\" class=\"has-inline-color\">sjukdomar<\/mark>\n<\/a> eller har sv\u00e5ra f\u00f6rh\u00e5llanden. De \u00e4r or\u00f6rliga, de har <a href=\"https:\/\/atena.sk\/blog\/sv\/demens-ar-det-genetik-eller-livsstil\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\n  <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#0e0429\" class=\"has-inline-color\">demens<\/mark>\n<\/a>och kan uppleva frekventa hum\u00f6rsv\u00e4ngningar och hum\u00f6rf\u00f6r\u00e4ndringar. Dessutom \u00e4r v\u00e5rdpersonal ofta <strong>underv\u00e4rderad<\/strong> i samh\u00e4llet. Arbetet som v\u00e5rdare \u00e4r inte s\u00e4rskilt meningsfullt. Detta arbete \u00e4r lika ointressant f\u00f6r m\u00e5nga n\u00e4r det g\u00e4ller den <strong>ekonomiska bed\u00f6mningen<\/strong>. L\u00e4kare, sjuksk\u00f6terskor, v\u00e5rdbitr\u00e4den, paramedicinare och hem- och v\u00e5rdpersonal arbetar under semestern, vilket ocks\u00e5 \u00e4r ett hinder f\u00f6r motivationen att ut\u00f6va dessa yrken.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">L\u00f6sningen \u00e4r att anst\u00e4lla personal fr\u00e5n utlandet.  <\/h2>\n\n<p>F\u00f6r att m\u00e4nniskor ska kunna arbeta inom <a href=\"https:\/\/atena.sk\/blog\/sv\/barnvakt-for-aldre-hur-valjer-man-ratt\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">v\u00e5rdyrket<\/a> och \u00e4ven inom h\u00e4lso- och sjukv\u00e5rden \u00e4r det n\u00f6dv\u00e4ndigt att integrera m\u00e4nniskor fr\u00e5n l\u00e4nder utanf\u00f6r EU p\u00e5 arbetsmarknaden och l\u00e5ta dem arbeta b\u00e5de inom h\u00e4lso- och sjukv\u00e5rden och inom \u00e4ldreomsorgen. Dessa<strong> l\u00e4nder<\/strong> \u00e4r s\u00e5 kallade<strong> tredje v\u00e4rldens l\u00e4nder<\/strong>, som \u00e4r allm\u00e4nt k\u00e4nda f\u00f6r sin l\u00e5ga levnadsstandard. M\u00e4nniskor fr\u00e5n utvecklingsl\u00e4nder tycker att s\u00e5dant arbete \u00e4r attraktivt och \u00e4r intresserade av det eftersom de tj\u00e4nar mycket pengar i sina egna l\u00e4nder. <a href=\"https:\/\/atena.sk\/blog\/sv\/vilka-lander-har-de-lagsta-lonerna-i-varlden\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\n  <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#0e0429\" class=\"has-inline-color\">l\u00e5ga l\u00f6ner<\/mark>\n<\/a>. De r\u00e4cker inte till f\u00f6r att <strong>t\u00e4cka de l\u00f6pande utgifterna<\/strong>, och ofta kan de inte ens leva ett anst\u00e4ndigt liv. F\u00f6rutom l\u00e5ga l\u00f6ner finns det ocks\u00e5 en <strong>h\u00f6g arbetsl\u00f6shet<\/strong>. Begreppet tredje v\u00e4rldens land har anor fr\u00e5n det kalla kriget. Det inf\u00f6rdes f\u00f6r att beteckna l\u00e4nder som inte st\u00e4llde sig p\u00e5 USA:s (f\u00f6rsta v\u00e4rlden) eller Sovjetunionens (andra v\u00e4rlden) sida under kriget. Syftet med att ge utl\u00e4nningar arbete \u00e4r att l\u00e5ta personer som har studerat, \u00e4r kvalificerade och har erfarenhet p\u00e5 omr\u00e5det arbeta inom branschen och inte l\u00e4mnas till underordnade arbeten.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Det ger f\u00f6rdelar  <\/h2>\n\n<p>Arbetstagare fr\u00e5n tredje land s\u00f6ker efter b\u00e4ttre arbetsm\u00f6jligheter, ekonomiska villkor och <strong>b\u00e4ttre levnadsf\u00f6rh\u00e5llanden<\/strong>. Detta \u00e4r anledningen till att de flyttar fr\u00e5n sina heml\u00e4nder f\u00f6r att s\u00f6ka arbete. Personer fr\u00e5n tredjel\u00e4nder \u00e5ker till EU-l\u00e4nder f\u00f6r att studera vid universitet som praktikanter eller utbytesstudenter och vill sedan stanna f\u00f6r att arbeta. Det bidrar till kulturell m\u00e5ngfald och till att skillnaderna suddas ut. Om en arbetsgivare erbjuder utl\u00e4nningar fr\u00e5n l\u00e4nder i tredje v\u00e4rlden arbete, f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttrar han sin konkurrenskraft genom att ut\u00f6ka sina kontakter och komma in p\u00e5 en ny marknad. En annan f\u00f6rdel \u00e4r att denna arbetskraft \u00e4r billigare.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Integrationsprocessen  <\/h2>\n\n<p>F\u00f6r att arbeta i ett annat land m\u00e5ste utl\u00e4nningar f\u00f6rst <strong>integreras i <\/strong>landets system. M\u00e5let med integrationen \u00e4r att hj\u00e4lpa invandrare att <strong>integreras<\/strong> (inte bara) i arbetslivet. Det f\u00f6rsta steget i integrationen \u00e4r att se till att utl\u00e4nningen \u00e4r kvalificerad och kan utf\u00f6ra det arbete som kr\u00e4vs. Detta kr\u00e4ver en kontroll av den utl\u00e4ndska arbetss\u00f6kandens kvalifikationer, utbildning och f\u00e4rdigheter. Inom l\u00e4nder kan b\u00e5de kraven och utbildningsbevisen variera f\u00f6r specifika jobb. Det \u00e4r ocks\u00e5 viktigt att utl\u00e4nningen blir bekant med de lokala lagarna, best\u00e4mmelserna och kulturella sedv\u00e4njorna. Det \u00e4r viktigt att migranten v\u00e4njer sig vid och kan anpassa sitt beteende till den nya milj\u00f6n. Integrationsprocessen varierar naturligtvis beroende p\u00e5 vilken stat det g\u00e4ller och vilka villkor som dess ledare har st\u00e4llt upp. Utl\u00e4nningen m\u00e5ste f\u00e5 arbetstillst\u00e5nd i det land d\u00e4r han eller hon vill arbeta.
