Om s\u00e5 \u00e4r fallet \u00e4r det viktigt att se till att du har alla n\u00f6dv\u00e4ndiga dokument f\u00f6r att g\u00f6ra hela processen s\u00e5 smidig och s\u00e5 smidig som m\u00f6jligt. EU-medborgare beh\u00f6ver inget pass, visum eller arbetstillst\u00e5nd f\u00f6r att resa inom EU och arbeta. Det \u00e4r dock ett m\u00e5ste att ha den med sig n\u00e4r du<strong> reser utomlands<\/strong>. \u00c4ven om det \u00e4r osannolikt att du beh\u00f6ver visa din identitet n\u00e4r du passerar Schengengr\u00e4nsen kan rutinkontroller bli ett problem om du inte kan identifiera dig. P\u00e5 grund av infl\u00f6det av invandrare fr\u00e5n Asien och, under de senaste \u00e5ren, flyktingar fr\u00e5n Ukraina har rutinm\u00e4ssiga gr\u00e4nskontroller blivit <strong>vardagsmat<\/strong>.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Kontrollen kan ocks\u00e5 \u00e4ga rum i hemmet hos den person som du tar hand om. \u00c4ven om du har ett anst\u00e4llningsavtal med dig \u00e4r det sv\u00e5rt att bevisa att det verkligen \u00e4r ditt anst\u00e4llningsavtal om du inte har legitimation. I s\u00e5 fall kan du l\u00e4tt r\u00e5ka illa ut. Vi rekommenderar ocks\u00e5 att du <strong>tar en bild av ditt ID-kort<\/strong> p\u00e5 din telefon. Det kan g\u00f6ra hela processen mycket enklare om du tappar bort den eller om den blir stulen.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bevis p\u00e5 anst\u00e4llning<\/h2>\n\n<p>Ditt anst\u00e4llningsbevis \u00e4r vanligtvis ditt <strong>anst\u00e4llningsavtal<\/strong>. Men s\u00e4rskilt n\u00e4r det g\u00e4ller v\u00e5rdpersonal beh\u00f6ver du ibland ocks\u00e5 andra styrkande dokument. Det kan vara ditt yrkescertifikat om du arbetar i \u00d6sterrike eller annan dokumentation om du arbetar genom en utstationeringsmodell. Du beh\u00f6ver inte dessa dokument f\u00f6r att resa eftersom du har r\u00e4tt till fri r\u00f6rlighet inom EU. Men om du redan arbetar och fortfarande inte har n\u00e5got bevis p\u00e5 att du \u00e4r anst\u00e4lld kan det leda till allvarliga komplikationer. Alla EU-l\u00e4nder, s\u00e4rskilt de i V\u00e4steuropa, \u00e4r mycket str\u00e4nga n\u00e4r det g\u00e4ller olagligt arbete och tar konsekvenserna om lagen bryts.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Inga papperskopior &#8211; inget problem<\/h2>\n\n<p>Du beh\u00f6ver inte b\u00e4ra med dig massor av papper hela tiden. Vi lever i en modern <strong>digital v\u00e4rld<\/strong> &#8211; en digital kopia av ditt avtal \u00e4r lika giltig som en tryckt kopia. M\u00e5nga progressiva f\u00f6retag f\u00f6rs\u00f6ker minska sitt koldioxidavtryck, spara tid och bli effektivare genom att enbart anv\u00e4nda digitala dokument.  <\/p>\n\n<p>F\u00f6retag <a href=\"https:\/\/atena.org\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\n  <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#030a13\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Atena<\/mark>\n<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/atena.org\"> <\/a>\u00e4r ocks\u00e5 engagerad i anv\u00e4ndningen av digitala dokument. F\u00f6rest\u00e4ll dig hur l\u00e5ng tid det skulle ta att ing\u00e5 ett anst\u00e4llningsavtal om din arbetsgivare inte hade ett kontor n\u00e4ra dig. Den m\u00e5ste skickas f\u00f6r underskrift med post eller kurir och sedan returneras. \u00c5 ena sidan \u00e4r det ett sl\u00f6seri med papper, el och br\u00e4nsle. \u00c5 andra sidan kan det ta <strong>tv\u00e5<\/strong> veckor innan alla f\u00e5r ett dokument som undertecknats av b\u00e5da parter. Detta \u00e4r l\u00e5ngt ifr\u00e5n optimalt f\u00f6r varje anst\u00e4lld som vill b\u00f6rja arbeta s\u00e5 snart som m\u00f6jligt. Du beh\u00f6ver dock inte ha ett riktigt kort f\u00f6r att anv\u00e4nda de tj\u00e4nster som ing\u00e5r i det. Du beh\u00f6ver bara k\u00e4nna till ditt <strong>h\u00e4lsokortsnummer<\/strong>, och din arbetsgivare kan enkelt ge dig denna information. Du beh\u00f6ver inte heller oroa dig om du blir ombedd att betala f\u00f6r medicinsk behandling: du f\u00e5r ers\u00e4ttning n\u00e4r alla kvitton har skickats till ditt sjukf\u00f6rs\u00e4kringsbolag.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Det \u00e4r l\u00e4tt att resa f\u00f6r att arbeta i EU &#8211; du beh\u00f6ver bara ditt ID-kort, ett bevis p\u00e5 att du \u00e4r anst\u00e4lld och ditt EHIC-kort (eller f\u00f6rs\u00e4kringsnummer).
