Alla vill utf\u00f6ra sitt arbete i en v\u00e4nlig atmosf\u00e4r.<\/p>\n\n<!--more-->\n\n<p>Negativitet, stress, d\u00e5liga relationer, okontrollerade k\u00e4nslor och frustration hos de anst\u00e4llda har en negativ inverkan inte bara p\u00e5 de anst\u00e4lldas prestationer utan ocks\u00e5 p\u00e5 deras h\u00e4lsa, tillfredsst\u00e4llelse, lojalitet och \u00f6vergripande engagemang f\u00f6r f\u00f6retaget. Negativa medarbetare p\u00e5verkar hela teamet och d\u00e4rmed det \u00f6vergripande klimatet p\u00e5 arbetsplatsen. Ett f\u00f6retags rykte och image beror dock ocks\u00e5 p\u00e5 vad de anst\u00e4llda s\u00e4ger om f\u00f6retaget i sin omgivning. Syftet \u00e4r att f\u00f6ra samman kollektivet.<\/p>\n\n<p>N\u00e4r de anst\u00e4llda k\u00e4nner att deras arbetsplats \u00e4r \u00e5tminstone lite som deras andra hem, \u00e4lskar de att komma till jobbet. Naturligtvis \u00e4r prestandan ocks\u00e5 j\u00e4mf\u00f6relsevis h\u00f6gre. Bra chefer vet detta mycket v\u00e4l och tar d\u00e4rf\u00f6r hand om sina anst\u00e4llda p\u00e5 motsvarande s\u00e4tt. Allt kommer att komma tillbaka till dem flera g\u00e5nger om.<\/p>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\"><p>V\u00e5rt sinne har inga andra gr\u00e4nser \u00e4n de som vi ger det. Om den \u00e4r v\u00e4ltr\u00e4nad kan den skapa enorma rikedomar.  <\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hur f\u00f6rbereder du dig f\u00f6r att vara bra p\u00e5 jobbet?  <\/h2>\n\n<p>F\u00f6rebyggande \u00e4r b\u00e4st.
