Vi vet vad din brittiska arbetsgivare m\u00e5ste garantera.<\/p>\n\n<!--more-->\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00d6vertidsarbete<\/h2>\n\n<p><strong>\n  <a href=\"https:\/\/atena.sk\/\">Jobb <\/a>\n<\/strong>\u00d6vertid beror p\u00e5 avtalet med arbetsgivaren. Den b\u00f6r dock inte tvinga dig att arbeta mer \u00e4n (i genomsnitt) 48 timmar i veckan om du inte vill arbeta mer. Detta inkluderar \u00e4ven \u00f6vertidsarbete. Det \u00e4r 28 dagars betald ledighet om du arbetar fem dagar i veckan under ett helt \u00e5r. Du f\u00e5r din normala l\u00f6n under din ledighet. F\u00f6r att ha r\u00e4tt till lagstadgad r\u00e4tt till betald semester m\u00e5ste du vara anst\u00e4lld. Om heltidsanst\u00e4llda f\u00e5r betald ledighet p\u00e5 en helgdag har deltidsanst\u00e4llda som normalt inte arbetar den dagen r\u00e4tt till betald ledighet p\u00e5 en annan dag i proportion till deras arbetstid. Om du f\u00e5r din m\u00e5nadsl\u00f6n och inte g\u00e5r till jobbet den dagen. <strong>\n  <a href=\"https:\/\/atena.sk\/sk\/praca?page=1&amp;limit=20\">Avhandling<\/a>\n<\/strong>f\u00e5r du betalt.
