Men \u00e4r det en faktor som vi b\u00f6r v\u00e4lja ett arbete utifr\u00e5n?  <\/p>\n\n<!--more-->\n\n<p>Du vet hur det k\u00e4nns. Du bl\u00e4ddrar i <strong>\n  <a href=\"https:\/\/atena.sk\/sk\/praca?page=1&amp;limit=20\">jobberbjudanden<\/a>\n<\/strong> och i avsnittet <strong>\n  <a href=\"https:\/\/atena.sk\/sk\/benefit\">arbetsf\u00f6rm\u00e5ner<\/a>\n<\/strong> Du kommer att f\u00e5 se f\u00f6rdelar som att arbeta i ett trevligt team och m\u00e5ltidskuponger. Men med bara dessa f\u00f6rdelar \u00e4r arbetsgivarna inte s\u00e4rskilt imponerade i dag. De blir allt viktigare och i vissa fall \u00e4r f\u00f6rdelarna st\u00f6rre \u00e4n sj\u00e4lva l\u00f6nen. I dag finns det ett brett utbud av alternativ som anv\u00e4nds beroende p\u00e5 f\u00f6retagets storlek och verksamhetsomr\u00e5de samt vilken position de anst\u00e4llda har. Kandidaterna kan se hur arbetsgivaren tar hand om sina anst\u00e4llda genom de anst\u00e4llningsf\u00f6rm\u00e5ner som erbjuds. Men f\u00f6rs\u00f6ker inte arbetsgivarna bara lura dig?  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">F\u00f6rm\u00e5ner som en sj\u00e4lvklarhet<\/h2>\n\n<p>Fram till f\u00f6r n\u00e5gra \u00e5rtionden sedan var f\u00f6rm\u00e5ner p\u00e5 jobbet en lyx eller ett privilegium f\u00f6r stora utl\u00e4ndska f\u00f6retag. Idag \u00e4r de en viktig del av <strong>\n  <a href=\"https:\/\/atena.sk\/\">jobberbjudanden<\/a>\n<\/strong> och \u00e4r till och med en avg\u00f6rande faktor f\u00f6r de s\u00f6kande. Arbetslagen erk\u00e4nner dem dock inte och det \u00e4r d\u00e4rf\u00f6r upp till arbetsgivaren att avg\u00f6ra vilka de ska vara och om de ska erbjudas \u00f6verhuvudtaget. Men vilka ska man v\u00e4lja f\u00f6r att locka till sig s\u00f6kande? Flexibla arbetstider eller hemkontor v\u00e4rderas h\u00f6gt idag. Utbildningsalternativet \u00e4r ocks\u00e5 mycket uppskattat, oavsett om du v\u00e4ljer branschutbildning eller spr\u00e5kkurser. Den st\u00f6rsta motivationsfaktorn och favoriten \u00e4r 13. och 14:e l\u00f6n och andra ekonomiska bonusar. Men strax d\u00e4refter kommer extra semester, m\u00f6jligheten att arbeta hemifr\u00e5n eller flexibla arbetstider.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Arbetsgivarna f\u00f6rs\u00f6ker locka till sig<\/h2>\n\n<p>I och med att generation Y (1980-1990) kom till, f\u00f6r\u00e4ndrades arbetsvanorna gradvis. \u00d6vertid och l\u00e5nga arbetsdagar har ersatts av behovet av att balansera arbete och fritid. S\u00e4rskilt f\u00f6r denna grupp \u00e4r flexibla arbetstider, extra semesterdagar, hemarbete och utbildning viktiga faktorer n\u00e4r det g\u00e4ller att avg\u00f6ra om de kommer att tacka ja eller nej till ett jobberbjudande. N\u00e4r vi tittar p\u00e5 arbetsgivarsidan domineras de f\u00f6rm\u00e5ner som erbjuds av matkuponger, m\u00f6jlighet till karri\u00e4rutveckling eller motiverande ekonomisk utv\u00e4rdering.
