Eller att de befordrade n\u00e5gon annan till din dr\u00f6mtj\u00e4nst i st\u00e4llet f\u00f6r dig? Allt detta trots att du \u00e4r den f\u00f6rsta som kommer till jobbet och den sista som g\u00e5r d\u00e4rifr\u00e5n. \u00c4r det en d\u00e5lig chef, otrevliga kollegor eller en tillf\u00e4llighet som \u00e4r orsaken till att du misslyckas i ditt arbete? Slutsatserna av forskningen kommer f\u00f6rmodligen inte att gl\u00e4dja m\u00e5nga av oss &#8211; Hansen och hans team har kommit fram till att karri\u00e4rmisslyckanden \u00e4r sj\u00e4lvf\u00f6rv\u00e5llade.<\/p>\n\n<p>Hur genomf\u00f6rdes forskningen? 5 000 anst\u00e4llda och chefer fick en enkel uppgift &#8211; de ombads att betygs\u00e4tta sin chefs och sin egen arbetsprestation. De fick ocks\u00e5 svara p\u00e5 flera fr\u00e5gor om sina arbetsvanor. Vilken slutsats kom de fram till? De mest framg\u00e5ngsrika medarbetarna \u00e4r inte de som tillbringar mest tid p\u00e5 jobbet. Det \u00e4r mycket viktigare f\u00f6r de anst\u00e4lldas effektivitet och framg\u00e5ng att de l\u00e4r sig att arbeta p\u00e5 r\u00e4tt s\u00e4tt (&#8221;med intelligens&#8221;).<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hur arbetar man p\u00e5 r\u00e4tt s\u00e4tt? Passion och m\u00e5lmedvetenhet!<\/h3>\n\n<p>Sluta skylla p\u00e5 din chef eller dina kollegor och fokusera p\u00e5 jobbet. V\u00e4lj de delar av ditt arbete som du tycker om, som du brinner f\u00f6r och som du tycker om att g\u00f6ra. Om du tycker om ditt arbete kommer du att arbeta l\u00e4ttare, effektivare, snabbare och b\u00e4ttre samtidigt. Fokusera din uppm\u00e4rksamhet och passion p\u00e5 m\u00e5linriktade arbetsuppgifter som har ett stort merv\u00e4rde f\u00f6r arbetsgivaren. Om du lyckas kombinera passion f\u00f6r ditt arbete med tidseffektivitet kommer du inte att sakna goda resultat. S\u00e4ger du dig sj\u00e4lv att n\u00e5got s\u00e5dant inte \u00e4r m\u00f6jligt i ditt fall? Att du knappt gillar ditt arbete? Du beh\u00f6ver inte byta jobb direkt. Experter rekommenderar att du hittar minst en specifik aktivitet i ditt arbete som du tycker om att g\u00f6ra, som du finner gl\u00e4dje i och som ger dig en ny mening i ditt arbete.<\/p>\n\n<p>N\u00e4r du st\u00e4ndigt f\u00e5r nya uppgifter, var inte r\u00e4dd f\u00f6r att s\u00e4ga &#8221;nej&#8221; till din chef. D\u00e4refter \u00e4r det dock mycket viktigt att du kommunicerar med din chef. Ge en anledning till att du v\u00e4grar ta emot den nya uppgiften &#8211; s\u00e4g att du vill arbeta effektivt och att nya uppgifter skulle g\u00f6ra att du inte kan \u00e4gna din fulla uppm\u00e4rksamhet \u00e5t ditt arbete. Ett stort antal olika uppgifter har en negativ inverkan p\u00e5 arbetstagarens psyke. Resultatet \u00e4r d\u00e5liga och mediokra prestationer hos medarbetarna. Han kan helt enkelt inte h\u00e5lla p\u00e5 med flera saker samtidigt, s\u00e5 han g\u00f6r dem bara halvhj\u00e4rtat.
