Ans\u00f6kan ska \u00e5tf\u00f6ljas av en kopia av beviset p\u00e5 byte av permanent uppeh\u00e5llstillst\u00e5nd eller av f\u00f6rklaringen om tillf\u00e4llig bos\u00e4ttning och en kopia av anst\u00e4llningsavtalet. Till\u00e4gget ska inte beviljas om den anst\u00e4llde f\u00e5r ett till\u00e4gg enligt avsnitt 53.<\/li><li>En \u00e4ndring av bos\u00e4ttning f\u00f6r beviljande av bidraget \u00e4r en \u00e4ndring av permanent bos\u00e4ttning eller en f\u00f6rklaring om tillf\u00e4llig bos\u00e4ttning om den nya permanenta bos\u00e4ttningen p\u00e5 Slovakiens territorium ligger minst 70 km fr\u00e5n den ursprungliga permanenta bos\u00e4ttningen eller om den tillf\u00e4lliga bos\u00e4ttningen p\u00e5 Slovakiens territorium ligger minst 70 km fr\u00e5n den permanenta bos\u00e4ttningen.<\/li><li>Bostadsutgifter i samband med byte av bostad \u00e4r de bevisade m\u00e5nadskostnaderna f\u00f6r<ol><li>betalning f\u00f6r tj\u00e4nster som tillhandah\u00e5lls i samband med anv\u00e4ndningen av l\u00e4genheten, eller<\/li><li>hyra.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>Ers\u00e4ttningen ska beviljas f\u00f6r en period p\u00e5 h\u00f6gst sex m\u00e5nader. En arbetstagare som var missgynnad arbetss\u00f6kande innan han eller hon fick en anst\u00e4llning ska forts\u00e4tta att f\u00e5 bidraget under ytterligare en period p\u00e5 h\u00f6gst sex m\u00e5nader. Det m\u00e5natliga ers\u00e4ttningsbeloppet ska uppg\u00e5 till 80 % av det utgiftsbelopp som avses i punkt 3, dock h\u00f6gst 250 euro under den period som avses i f\u00f6rsta meningen och h\u00f6gst 125 euro under den period som avses i andra meningen.<\/li><li>Om b\u00e5da makarna ans\u00f6ker om ers\u00e4ttning, beviljar byr\u00e5n ers\u00e4ttningen endast till en av makarna.<\/li><li>Ers\u00e4ttningen ska beviljas av den myndighet i vars register \u00f6ver arbetss\u00f6kande arbetstagaren var registrerad inom 30 dagar efter det att arbetstagaren har styrkt anst\u00e4llningens l\u00e4ngd och de utgifter som avses i punkt 3, f\u00f6rutsatt att arbetstagaren har styrkt dessa fakta senast 30 dagar efter utg\u00e5ngen av den m\u00e5nad f\u00f6r vilken ers\u00e4ttningen beviljas.<\/li><li>Myndigheten f\u00e5r inte bevilja ers\u00e4ttningen p\u00e5 nytt f\u00f6rr\u00e4n tv\u00e5 \u00e5r har f\u00f6rflutit fr\u00e5n utg\u00e5ngen av den period d\u00e5 den beviljades.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n<p>K\u00c4LLA: www.zakonypreludi.sk<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Myndigheten ska ge ett m\u00e5natligt bidrag f\u00f6r r\u00f6rlighet i arbetet (nedan kallat bidraget) f\u00f6r att t\u00e4cka en del av boendekostnaderna i samband med en flyttning i samband med att en arbetstagare som har varit arbetss\u00f6kande i registret \u00f6ver arbetss\u00f6kande i minst tre m\u00e5nader och som har strukits ur registret \u00f6ver arbetss\u00f6kande av en anledning enligt [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":5,"featured_media":52342,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[831],"tags":[],"acf":{"facebookpost":"","popis_socialneho_obrazku":""},"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v22.6 -
