D\u00e4rf\u00f6r \u00e4r utbildning ett av samh\u00e4llets grundl\u00e4ggande m\u00e5l f\u00f6r att v\u00e4xa. Detta inneb\u00e4r att f\u00f6retagen str\u00e4var efter att utbilda och kontinuerligt utveckla sina anst\u00e4lldas f\u00e4rdigheter i enlighet med deras arbetsuppgifter och f\u00f6retagets inriktning. Hur de anst\u00e4llda f\u00f6rv\u00e4rvar nya f\u00e4rdigheter h\u00e4nger ocks\u00e5 n\u00e4ra samman med vilka utbildningsmetoder som \u00e4r l\u00e4mpliga att anv\u00e4nda. Bland de senaste utbildningsmetoderna f\u00f6r anst\u00e4llda har vi valt ut f\u00f6ljande:<\/p>\n\n<!--more-->\n\n<ul><li>Utomhustr\u00e4ning &#8211; en metod som anv\u00e4nds f\u00f6r att utbilda chefer, men ocks\u00e5 f\u00f6r teambuilding.<\/li><li>Coachning &#8211; det \u00e4r en l\u00e5ngsiktig v\u00e4gledning av anst\u00e4llda genom r\u00e5d och p\u00e5minnelser, som inte f\u00e5r f\u00f6rvandlas till kommandon.<\/li><li>Mentorskap &#8211; en variant av coachning d\u00e4r initiativet och ansvaret tas av mentee, som v\u00e4ljer en mentor f\u00f6r att v\u00e4gleda honom eller henne i sin karri\u00e4r.<\/li><li>Diagnostiskt utbildningsprogram (Assessment Centre) &#8211; en modern metod som anv\u00e4nds f\u00f6r att utbilda anst\u00e4llda och chefer. Deltagarens personlighet analyseras i detalj genom att utf\u00f6ra olika uppgifter och l\u00f6sa probleml\u00f6sningsproblem. Detaljerade personlighetsanalyser utf\u00f6rs av psykologer, chefer och andra specialister.<\/li><li>Utbildning i extrema situationer (Outward Bound) &#8211; i denna metod uts\u00e4tts deltagarna f\u00f6r ovanliga och ov\u00e4ntade situationer och \u00f6vervinner sig sj\u00e4lva. Till exempel bunjee-jumping eller att skicka cheferna p\u00e5 safari d\u00e4r de m\u00e5ste jaga mat osv. M\u00e4nniskor uppmuntras till sj\u00e4lvst\u00e4ndighet, lagarbete och f\u00f6rsiktighet.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<p>Den vanligaste orsaken till utbr\u00e4ndhet hos anst\u00e4llda \u00e4r stagnation, d\u00e4r de inte till\u00e5ts utvecklas inom sin arbetsroll.
