Det kan l\u00e5ta som ett motiverande citat, men det \u00e4r faktiskt s\u00e5 korrekt att det n\u00e4stan \u00e4r ett faktum.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Vi m\u00e4nniskor har lyckats skapa den v\u00e4rld vi lever i idag. Vi lyckades skicka en man till m\u00e5nen och f\u00e5 honom tillbaka. Och varje dag uppn\u00e5r vi viktiga milstolpar p\u00e5 omr\u00e5den som medicin och teknik. Huvudorsaken till alla dessa framg\u00e5ngar \u00e4r motivation! Det vet vi alla, men varf\u00f6r tar vi inte motivation som en avg\u00f6rande faktor n\u00e4r det g\u00e4ller att beh\u00e5lla anst\u00e4llda eller \u00f6ka produktiviteten?<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">F\u00f6rdelar med motiverade anst\u00e4llda<\/h2>\n\n<p>Visste du att en motiverad anst\u00e4lld kan vara upp till<strong> 21 % mer produktiv<\/strong>? Detta inneb\u00e4r att fem motiverade anst\u00e4llda g\u00f6r samma arbete som sex omotiverade anst\u00e4llda.
