Po\u010das dovolenky V\u00e1m bude zaplaten\u00e1 Va\u0161a be\u017en\u00e1 mzda. Aby ste mali n\u00e1rok na z\u00e1konn\u00e9 pr\u00e1vo na platen\u00fa ro\u010dn\u00fa dovolenku, mus\u00edte by\u0165 kvalifikovan\u00ed ako zamestnanec.&nbsp;Ak ste samostatne z\u00e1robkovo \u010dinn\u00e1 osoba, nem\u00e1te z\u00e1konn\u00e9 pr\u00e1vo na platen\u00fa ro\u010dn\u00fa dovolenku. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">13. a 14. plat<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>V Anglicku vyplatenie 13. a 14. platu nie je dan\u00e9 z\u00e1konom. \u010ci z\u00edskate finan\u010dn\u00fd <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/atena.sk\/sk\/benefit\">bonus<\/a><\/strong>, z\u00e1vis\u00ed od konkr\u00e9tneho zamestn\u00e1vate\u013ea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">PN (pr\u00e1ceneschopnos\u0165)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ak pracujete v Anglicku a ste chor\u00ed viac ako 4 dni po sebe (vr\u00e1tane vo\u013en\u00fdch dn\u00ed), m\u00f4\u017eete dost\u00e1va\u0165 od v\u00e1\u0161ho zamestn\u00e1vate\u013ea nemocensk\u00e9 d\u00e1vky vo v\u00fd\u0161ke \u00a3 94,25 (110,68\u20ac) t\u00fd\u017edenne po dobu maxim\u00e1lne 28 t\u00fd\u017ed\u0148ov. T\u00e1to d\u00e1vka sa nevypl\u00e1ca za prv\u00e9 3 dni choroby. Potvrdenie od lek\u00e1ra sa zv\u00e4\u010d\u0161a vy\u017eaduje a\u017e od 8. d\u0148a nepr\u00edtomnosti v pr\u00e1ci. Dovtedy sta\u010d\u00ed vlastn\u00e9 svedectvo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Soci\u00e1lne pr\u00eddavky<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ka\u017ed\u00fd, kto m\u00e1 die\u0165a, ktor\u00e9 nedov\u0155\u0161ilo vek 16 rokov (alebo 20 rokov, ak je die\u0165a \u0161tudentom denn\u00e9ho \u0161t\u00fadia) a je zamestnan\u00fd vo Ve\u013ekej Brit\u00e1nii alebo tam b\u00fdva viac ako 3 mesiace&nbsp; m\u00e1 n\u00e1rok na pr\u00eddavky na die\u0165a, pri\u010dom nie je obmedzen\u00fd po\u010det det\u00ed. V Anglicku dostanete soci\u00e1lny pr\u00edspevok za najstar\u0161ie alebo jedin\u00e9 die\u0165a \u00a320,70 (24,31\u20ac) t\u00fd\u017edenne. Za ka\u017ed\u00e9 \u010fal\u0161ie die\u0165a to je \u00a313,70 (16,09\u20ac). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pr\u00edplatky za sviatky<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ak v Anglicku pracujete po\u010das \u0161t\u00e1tneho sviatku, nem\u00e1te automaticky pr\u00e1vo na zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00fa mzdu.\u00a0To, \u010do dostanete, z\u00e1vis\u00ed od va\u0161ej pracovnej zmluvy, ale mala by sa pohybova\u0165 vo v\u00fd\u0161ke od 50% do 100% od va\u0161ej z\u00e1kladnej mzdy.\u00a0Ak\u00a0zamestnanci na pln\u00fd \u00fav\u00e4zok dostan\u00fa platen\u00e9 vo\u013eno po\u010das \u0161t\u00e1tneho sviatku, zamestnanci na \u010diasto\u010dn\u00fd \u00fav\u00e4zok, ktor\u00ed v dan\u00fd de\u0148 zvy\u010dajne nepracuj\u00fa, maj\u00fa n\u00e1rok na platen\u00e9 vo\u013eno v in\u00fd de\u0148 primerane k\u00a0d\u013a\u017eke ich pracovn\u00e9ho \u010dasu. Ak dost\u00e1vate mesa\u010dn\u00fa v\u00fdplatu a v tento de\u0148 nep\u00f4jdete do <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/atena.sk\/sk\/praca?page=1&amp;limit=20\">pr\u00e1ce<\/a><\/strong>, budete ho ma\u0165 zaplaten\u00fd. Ak ste v\u0161ak platen\u00ed pod\u013ea odpracovan\u00fdch hod\u00edn, s najv\u00e4\u010d\u0161ou pravdepodobnos\u0165ou v\u00e1m za\u0148 nezaplatia. Ako zamestnanec m\u00e1te pr\u00e1vo dosta\u0165 26 t\u00fd\u017ed\u0148ov be\u017enej materskej dovolenky a \u010fal\u0161\u00edch pridan\u00fdch 26 t\u00fd\u017ed\u0148ov, teda jeden cel\u00fd rok. Aby ste mali n\u00e1rok na matersk\u00fa dovolenku, mus\u00edte o tehotenstve zamestn\u00e1vate\u013eovi poveda\u0165 15 t\u00fd\u017ed\u0148ov pred naroden\u00edm die\u0165a\u0165a. Skuto\u010dn\u00e1 suma, ktor\u00fa dostanete, z\u00e1vis\u00ed od v\u00e1\u0161ho n\u00e1rodn\u00e9ho d\u00f4chodkov\u00e9ho z\u00e1znamu. Z d\u00f4chodku m\u00f4\u017eete plati\u0165 da\u0148.
