Za pracovn\u00fd de\u0148 sa pod\u013ea uveden\u00e9ho z\u00e1kona ber\u00fa v\u0161etky dni od pondelka do soboty, pri\u010dom sobota je tie\u017e pova\u017eovan\u00e1 za pracovn\u00fd de\u0148. T\u00fato pracovn\u00fa dobu je mo\u017en\u00e9 mimoriadne pred\u013a\u017ei\u0165 na maxim\u00e1lne 10 hod\u00edn na de\u0148. T\u00e1to hranica je pevne stanoven\u00e1 a nem\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 v \u017eiadnom pr\u00edpade vo v\u0161ednom pracovnom \u010dase prekro\u010den\u00e1 (6 pracovn\u00fdch dn\u00ed = maxim\u00e1lne 60 hod\u00edn). Za pr\u00e1cu nad\u010das dostanete pr\u00edplatok vo v\u00fd\u0161ke 15 &#8211; 40% z riadnej mzdy v z\u00e1vislosti od toho, \u010do je uveden\u00e9 v pracovnej alebo kolekt\u00edvnej zmluve. Zo z\u00e1kona toti\u017e n\u00e1rok na pr\u00edplatok za pr\u00e1cu nad\u010das nevznik\u00e1. Spravidla sa nad\u010dasov\u00e9 hodiny m\u00f4\u017eu zr\u00e1ta\u0165 a kompenzova\u0165 formou n\u00e1hradn\u00e9ho vo\u013ena. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pr\u00e1ca po\u010das v\u00edkendu<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00e1rok na pr\u00edplatok za <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/atena.sk\/\">pr\u00e1cu <\/a><\/strong>v nede\u013eu neexistuje, len n\u00e1rok na \u010derpanie vo\u013ena.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pr\u00e1ca v noci<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00e1rok na pr\u00edplatok za <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/atena.sk\/sk\/praca?page=1&amp;limit=20\">pr\u00e1cu <\/a><\/strong>v noci sa pohybuje do v\u00fd\u0161ky 25% z aktu\u00e1lnej minim\u00e1lnej mzdy. Z\u00e1vis\u00ed to od zmluvy so zamestn\u00e1vate\u013eom, preto\u017ee zo z\u00e1kona m\u00e1te n\u00e1rok na vo\u013eno, nie na preplatenie pr\u00e1ce po\u010das no\u010dn\u00fdch hod\u00edn. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dovolenka<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pln\u00fd n\u00e1rok na <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/atena.sk\/sk\/benefit\">dovolenku <\/a><\/strong>m\u00e1 zamestnanec a\u017e po \u0161iestich odpracovan\u00fdch mesiacoch. Pri 6-d\u0148ovom pracovnom t\u00fd\u017edni m\u00e1 n\u00e1rok na minim\u00e1lne 24 dn\u00ed dovolenky, pri 5-d\u0148ovom na minim\u00e1lne 20 dn\u00ed dovolenky. Po\u010das sk\u00fa\u0161obnej doby m\u00e1 zamestnanec n\u00e1rok na 2 dni dovolenky za ka\u017ed\u00fd odpracovan\u00fd mesiac alebo \u017eiadnu dovolenku v z\u00e1vislosti od konkr\u00e9tneho zamestn\u00e1vate\u013ea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">13. a 14. plat<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Z\u00e1vis\u00ed od konkr\u00e9tneho zamestn\u00e1vate\u013ea, \u010di 13. a 14. plat vypl\u00e1ca. Vo v\u0161eobecnosti v\u0161ak plat\u00ed, \u017ee pri plnom \u00fav\u00e4zku vznik\u00e1 n\u00e1rok na 13. plat po odpracovan\u00ed \u0161iestich mesiacov. Pri \u010diasto\u010dnom \u00fav\u00e4zku je 13. plat rovn\u00fd alikvotnej \u010dasti odpracovan\u00fdch hod\u00edn. Vypl\u00e1canie 14. platu nie je fixn\u00e9. Je stanoven\u00e9 na dovolenkov\u00e9 obdobie, pri\u010dom jeho v\u00fd\u0161ka je r\u00f4zna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">PN (pr\u00e1ceneschopnos\u0165)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>V pr\u00edpade choroby mus\u00ed zamestnanec \u010do najsk\u00f4r informova\u0165 zamestn\u00e1vate\u013ea o svojej pr\u00e1ceneschopnosti a jej predpokladanom trvan\u00ed. V pr\u00edpade choroby trvaj\u00facej dlh\u0161ie ako 3 dni mus\u00ed zamestnanec predlo\u017ei\u0165 lek\u00e1rske osved\u010denie najnesk\u00f4r nasleduj\u00faci pracovn\u00fd de\u0148. Zamestn\u00e1vate\u013e vypl\u00e1ca prv\u00fdch 6 t\u00fd\u017ed\u0148ov 100% z riadnej mzdy, potom soci\u00e1lna pois\u0165ov\u0148a 70% zo mzdy. Po\u010das trvania va\u0161ej pr\u00e1ceneschopnosti nem\u00f4\u017eete od\u00eds\u0165 z Nemecka bez s\u00fahlasu zdravotnej pois\u0165ovne, aby ste neutrpeli finan\u010dn\u00fa ujmu. V opa\u010dnom pr\u00edpade m\u00f4\u017eete pr\u00eds\u0165 o n\u00e1rok na d\u00e1vky. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Rodinn\u00e9 pr\u00eddavky<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Od 1. janu\u00e1ra 2018 je mo\u017en\u00e9 o pr\u00eddavky na deti po\u017eiada\u0165&nbsp;6 mesiacov sp\u00e4tne od mesiaca, v ktorom \u017eiados\u0165 prijme nemeck\u00fd \u00farad. O nemeck\u00e9 rodinn\u00e9 pr\u00eddavky m\u00f4\u017eete po\u017eiada\u0165 do 18. roku veku die\u0165a\u0165a, resp. do jeho 25. roku, ak je \u0161tudentom denn\u00e9ho \u0161t\u00fadia na V\u0160.<br>V\u00fd\u0161ka rodinn\u00fdch pr\u00eddavkov sa pohybuje v z\u00e1vislosti od veku die\u0165a\u0165a:  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>na 1. a 2. die\u0165a &#8211; 219\u20ac<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>na 3. die\u0165a &#8211; 225\u20ac<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>na 4. a ka\u017ed\u00e9 \u010fal\u0161ie die\u0165a &#8211; 250\u20ac<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pr\u00edplatky za sviatky<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00edplatky za sviatky v Nemecku zo z\u00e1kona nie s\u00fa, preto\u017ee v z\u00e1sade existuje z\u00e1kaz pracova\u0165 po\u010das sviatkov.
