Pr\u00e1ca nad\u010das vznik\u00e1 v\u017edy vtedy, ke\u010f si zamestnanec odpracuje ur\u010den\u00fd \u010dasov\u00fd fond vypl\u00fdvaj\u00faci z pracovnej zmluvy. Ten m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 maxim\u00e1lne 20 hod\u00edn t\u00fd\u017edenne, pri\u010dom pr\u00edplatok je zo z\u00e1kona vo v\u00fd\u0161ke 50% za ka\u017ed\u00fa odpracovan\u00fa hodinu nad\u010das (alebo 1,5 hodiny kreditu za odpracovan\u00fa hodinu).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pr\u00e1ca po\u010das v\u00edkendu<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Mu\u017ei aj \u017eeny maj\u00fa rovnak\u00e9 pr\u00e1vo pracova\u0165 cez v\u00edkendy okrem tehotn\u00fdch a doj\u010diacich \u017eien a mladistv\u00fdch do 18 rokov. Za pr\u00e1cu v sobotu a nede\u013eu je pr\u00edplatok vo v\u00fd\u0161ke 100% zo z\u00e1kladnej mzdy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pr\u00e1ca v noci<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Mu\u017ei aj \u017eeny maj\u00fa rovnak\u00e9 pr\u00e1vo pracova\u0165 v noci okrem tehotn\u00fdch a doj\u010diacich \u017eien a mladistv\u00fdch do 18 rokov. Za pr\u00e1cu v noci je pr\u00edplatok vo v\u00fd\u0161ke 50% zo z\u00e1kladnej mzdy. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dovolenka<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Po\u010das prv\u00fdch \u0161iestich mesiacov vznik\u00e1 zamestnancovi n\u00e1rok na dovolenku pod\u013ea doby trvania pracovn\u00e9ho vz\u0165ahu. Za ka\u017ed\u00fd odpracovan\u00fd mesiac m\u00e1 zamestnanec n\u00e1rok na 2 dni dovolenky. Od druh\u00e9ho roku m\u00e1 n\u00e1rok na dovolenku v plnej v\u00fd\u0161ke minim\u00e1lne 5 t\u00fd\u017ed\u0148ov (30 pracovn\u00fdch dn\u00ed) a po 25 odpracovan\u00fdch rokoch vznik\u00e1 n\u00e1rok na 6 t\u00fd\u017ed\u0148ov (36 pracovn\u00fdch dn\u00ed). Invalidn\u00e9 osoby a mladistv\u00ed nemaj\u00fa n\u00e1rok na viac dn\u00ed dovolenky, pokia\u013e kolekt\u00edvna alebo pracovn\u00e1 zmluva neustanov\u00ed inak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Minim\u00e1lna mzda a 13. a 14. plat<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Minim\u00e1lna mzda v Rak\u00fasku nie je pevne zakotven\u00e1 v z\u00e1kone, upravuje sa v kolekt\u00edvnych zmluv\u00e1ch. V nich je zakotven\u00e9 aj vypl\u00e1canie 13. a 14. platu, ako aj in\u00e9 benefity. 13. plat predstavuje viano\u010dn\u00fa pr\u00e9miu a 14. plat zase dovolenkov\u00fa pr\u00e9miu. Samotn\u00e1 v\u00fd\u0161ka je stanoven\u00e1 v z\u00e1vislosti od platnej kolekt\u00edvnej zmluvy. Zvykne sa v\u0161ak pohybova\u0165 na \u00farovni jedn\u00e9ho mesa\u010dn\u00e9ho platu, nie ni\u017e\u0161ie, ako je uveden\u00e9 v kolekt\u00edvnej zmluve. V pr\u00edpade, \u017ee ste neodpracovali cel\u00fd kalend\u00e1rny rok, 13. a 14. plat v\u00e1m bude vyplaten\u00fd v alikvotnej \u010diastke v z\u00e1vislosti od po\u010dtu odpracovan\u00fdch mesiacov. N\u00e1rok v\u00e1m vznikne po 5 odpracovan\u00fdch mesiacoch. Pri odpracovanom celom roku m\u00e1te n\u00e1rok na dvojn\u00e1sobok mesa\u010dn\u00e9ho platu.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">PN (pr\u00e1ceneschopnos\u0165) <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>V pr\u00edpade choroby, pracovn\u00e9ho \u00farazu, choroby z povolania \u010di potreby odpo\u010dinku a rekonvalescencie m\u00e1te n\u00e1rok na vypl\u00e1canie mzdy vo v\u00fd\u0161ke 100% a n\u00e1sledne vo v\u00fd\u0161ke 50%. D\u013a\u017eka vypl\u00e1cania z\u00e1vis\u00ed od d\u013a\u017eky trvania pracovn\u00e9ho pomeru a v\u00fd\u0161ka mzdy zas od v\u00e1\u0161ho z\u00e1robku v poslednom mesiaci pred ochoren\u00edm. Ako zamestnanec ste povinn\u00fd informova\u0165 svojho zamestn\u00e1vate\u013ea o svojej pr\u00e1ceneschopnosti. Minim\u00e1lne obdobie rodi\u010dovskej dovolenky je 2 mesiace. Po\u010das tejto doby sa m\u00f4\u017eu \u010derpa\u0165 pr\u00edspevky na starostlivos\u0165 o die\u0165a. Od 1. janu\u00e1ra 2010 si rodi\u010dia, ktor\u00fdch deti sa narodili po 30. septembri 2009, m\u00f4\u017eu vybra\u0165 z 5 druhov pr\u00edspevkov. Jeden z modelov je zalo\u017een\u00fd na v\u00fd\u0161ke pr\u00edjmu. Po ukon\u010den\u00ed rodi\u010dovskej dovolenky je \u017eena chr\u00e1nen\u00e1 pred prepusten\u00edm z pr\u00e1ce po\u010das 4 t\u00fd\u017ed\u0148ov nasleduj\u00facich po rodi\u010dovskej dovolenke alebo obdobia po skon\u010den\u00ed rodi\u010dovskej&nbsp;dovolenky.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">D\u00f4chodok<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ak ste si platili d\u00f4chodkov\u00e9 poistenie v Rak\u00fasku viac ako rok, vznikne v\u00e1m n\u00e1rok na alikvotn\u00fa \u010diastku rak\u00faskeho d\u00f4chodku.
