Na Slovensku m\u00f4\u017ee zamestnanec odpracova\u0165 v r\u00e1mci jedn\u00e9ho pracovn\u00e9ho t\u00fd\u017ed\u0148a <strong>maxim\u00e1lne 8 hod\u00edn nad\u010dasov<\/strong> iba v pr\u00edpade, \u017ee mu to jeho zamestn\u00e1vate\u013e prik\u00e1\u017ee alebo s t\u00fdm s\u00fahlas\u00ed. Na\u0161\u0165astie je t\u00e1to pr\u00e1ca ohodnoten\u00e1 pr\u00edplatkom. Slovensk\u00fd zamestnanec dostane za pr\u00e1cu <strong>v sobotu 50%<\/strong> z minim\u00e1lnej mzdy za hodinu a za pr\u00e1cu <strong>v nede\u013eu 100 %<\/strong> minim\u00e1lnej mzdy za hodinu. <strong>No\u010dn\u00e1 pr\u00e1ca<\/strong> je stanoven\u00e1 na <strong>40%<\/strong> minim\u00e1lnej mzdy za hodinu a pr\u00e1ca<strong> cez sviatok 100%<\/strong> priemern\u00e9ho z\u00e1robku zamestnanca. V Rak\u00fasku dostane zamestnanec za pr\u00e1cu<strong> cez v\u00edkendy a po\u010das sviatkov<\/strong> pr\u00edplatok vo v\u00fd\u0161ke <strong>100%<\/strong>, za pr\u00e1cu <strong>v noci 50%<\/strong> zo z\u00e1kladnej mzdy. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zamestnanci v Nemecku m\u00f4\u017eu dosta\u0165 pr\u00edplatok za pr\u00e1cu <strong>cez v\u00edkend<\/strong> do v\u00fd\u0161ky <strong>50% <\/strong>zo z\u00e1kladnej mzdy a <strong>v noci<\/strong> do v\u00fd\u0161ky <strong>25%<\/strong> zo z\u00e1kladnej mzdy. Pr\u00e1ca po\u010das sviatkov je v Nemecku zak\u00e1zan\u00e1. Ak pracujete v Holandsku <strong>cez v\u00edkendy<\/strong>, m\u00f4\u017eete dosta\u0165 pr\u00edplatok a\u017e vo v\u00fd\u0161ke <strong>100%<\/strong> z Va\u0161ej mzdy, za pr\u00e1cu <strong>v noci <\/strong>sa tento pr\u00edplatok pohybuje do v\u00fd\u0161ky <strong>45 &#8211; 50%<\/strong> a za pr\u00e1cu <strong>po\u010das sviatkov<\/strong> m\u00f4\u017eete z\u00edska\u0165 pr\u00edplatok <strong>od 50% do 100%<\/strong>. V Anglicku za pr\u00e1cu <strong>cez sviatky<\/strong> m\u00f4\u017eete dosta\u0165 pr\u00edplatok vo v\u00fd\u0161ke <strong>od 50% do 100%<\/strong> z Va\u0161ej z\u00e1kladnej mzdy, ale nem\u00e1te na to automaticky pr\u00e1vo &#8211; z\u00e1vis\u00ed od pracovnej zmluvy. Pr\u00e1ca po\u010das v\u00edkendov a v noci z\u00e1vis\u00ed od dohody so zamestn\u00e1vate\u013eom. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dovolenka<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>E\u0161te sa nestalo, aby jeden net\u00fa\u017eil aspo\u0148 po dni vo\u013ena. Z\u00e1kladn\u00e1 d\u013a\u017eka dovolenky na Slovensku je <strong>najmenej 4 t\u00fd\u017edne<\/strong>. Pre zamestnanca, ktor\u00fd do konca pr\u00edslu\u0161n\u00e9ho roka dov\u0155\u0161i <strong>33 rokov, je minim\u00e1lne 5 t\u00fd\u017ed\u0148ov<\/strong>. T\u00ed, ktor\u00ed u zamestn\u00e1vate\u013ea pracuj\u00fa <strong>menej ako rok, sa dovolenka vypo\u010d\u00edtava<\/strong> ako 1\/12 dovolenky za kalend\u00e1rny rok * 20 dn\u00ed dovolenky * po\u010det odpracovan\u00fdch mesiacov. V Rak\u00fasku vznik\u00e1 zamestnancovi n\u00e1rok na dovolenku <strong>po\u010das prv\u00fdch \u0161iestich mesiacov pod\u013ea doby trvania pracovn\u00e9ho pomeru<\/strong> a to za ka\u017ed\u00fd odpracovan\u00fd mesiac 2 dni dovolenky. <strong>Od druh\u00e9ho roku<\/strong> m\u00e1 n\u00e1rok na dovolenku <strong>v plnej v\u00fd\u0161ke minim\u00e1lne 5 t\u00fd\u017ed\u0148ov<\/strong>, po 25 odpracovan\u00fdch rokoch vznik\u00e1 n\u00e1rok na 6 t\u00fd\u017ed\u0148ov. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V Nemecku m\u00e1 zamestnanec pln\u00fd <strong>n\u00e1rok na dovolenku a\u017e po 6. odpracovan\u00fdch mesiacoc<\/strong>h. Pri 6-d\u0148ovom pracovnom t\u00fd\u017edni m\u00e1 n\u00e1rok na minim\u00e1lne 24 dn\u00ed dovolenky, pri 5-d\u0148ovom na minim\u00e1lne 20 dn\u00ed dovolenky. Holandsk\u00fd zamestnanec m\u00e1 vo v\u0161eobecnosti n\u00e1rok na <strong>20 &#8211; 30 dn\u00ed dovolenky<\/strong> bez oh\u013eadu na v\u00fd\u0161ku mzdy na minim\u00e1lnu dovolenkov\u00fa d\u00e1vku vo v\u00fd\u0161ke 8%. Zamestnanci na anglick\u00fa zmluvu maj\u00fa pr\u00e1vo na najmenej 5,6 t\u00fd\u017ed\u0148a, \u010do je 28 dn\u00ed platenej dovolenky. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">13. a 14. plat<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Finan\u010dn\u00fd bonus v podobe 13. a 14. platu o\u010dar\u00ed nejedn\u00e9ho zamestnanca. Av\u0161ak nie ka\u017ed\u00fd zamestn\u00e1vate\u013e ho vypl\u00e1ca. Na Slovensku ho od zamestn\u00e1vate\u013ea m\u00f4\u017eete (ale nemus\u00edte) dosta\u0165 v \u013eubovo\u013enej v\u00fd\u0161ke, najmenej v\u0161ak vo v\u00fd\u0161ke priemern\u00e9ho mesa\u010dn\u00e9ho z\u00e1robku zamestnanca. N\u00e1rok na vypl\u00e1canie 13. a 14. platu v Rak\u00fasku vznik\u00e1 po odpracovan\u00ed 5 mesiacov, ktor\u00fd sa pohybuje na \u00farovni jedn\u00e9ho mesa\u010dn\u00e9ho platu. Pri odpracovanom celom roku m\u00e1 zamestnanec n\u00e1rok na dvojn\u00e1sobok mesa\u010dn\u00e9ho platu. V Nemecku je zamestnancovi vyplaten\u00fd 13. plat po odpracovan\u00fdch 6. mesiacoch, pri\u010dom vypl\u00e1canie 14. platu nie je fixn\u00e9. V Holandsku a Anglicku vyplatenie 13. a 14. platu nie je dan\u00e9 z\u00e1konom. \u010ci zamestnanec z\u00edska finan\u010dn\u00fd bonus, z\u00e1vis\u00ed od konkr\u00e9tneho zamestn\u00e1vate\u013ea. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">PN (pr\u00e1ceneschopnos\u0165)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pozn\u00e1te ten pocit, ke\u010f V\u00e1m \u017eivot za\u010dne obmedzova\u0165 sopl\u00edk, potom boles\u0165 hrdla a nakoniec potrebujete osta\u0165 le\u017ea\u0165 v posteli s hor\u00fa\u010dkami. Na Slovensku zamestnancovi v pr\u00edpade choroby <strong>prv\u00fdch 10 dn\u00ed PN vypl\u00e1ca zamestn\u00e1vate\u013e<\/strong>, od 11. d\u0148a soci\u00e1lne pois\u0165ov\u0148a. Zamestn\u00e1vate\u013e vypl\u00e1ca 1. &#8211; 3. de\u0148 25% z denn\u00e9ho vymeriavacieho z\u00e1kladu, od 4. d\u0148a 55% z denn\u00e9ho vymeriavacieho z\u00e1kladu. V pr\u00edpade choroby v Rak\u00fasku m\u00e1 zamestnanec n\u00e1rok v priebehu pracovn\u00e9ho roka na pravideln\u00e9 vypl\u00e1canie d\u00e1vok na <strong>6 t\u00fd\u017ed\u0148ov plne platenej PN a 4 t\u00fd\u017edne polovi\u010dnej PN<\/strong>. Ak potrebuje zamestnanec osta\u0165 PN v Nemecku, <strong>zamestn\u00e1vate\u013e vypl\u00e1ca prv\u00fdch 6 t\u00fd\u017ed\u0148ov 100% riadnej mzdy<\/strong>, potom soci\u00e1lna pois\u0165ov\u0148a 70% riadnej mzdy. Pod\u013ea holandsk\u00fdch pr\u00e1vnych predpisov v&nbsp;pr\u00edpade choroby zamestnanca pokra\u010duje zamestn\u00e1vate\u013e vo v\u00fdplate najmenej 70% zo mzdy (do dvoch rokov). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ak pracujete v Anglicku a ste chor\u00ed <strong>viac ako 4 dni po seb<\/strong>e (vr\u00e1tane vo\u013en\u00fdch dn\u00ed), m\u00f4\u017eete dost\u00e1va\u0165 od v\u00e1\u0161ho zamestn\u00e1vate\u013ea <strong>nemocensk\u00e9 d\u00e1vky vo v\u00fd\u0161ke \u00a3 94,25 (110,68\u20ac) t\u00fd\u017edenne po dobu maxim\u00e1lne 28 t\u00fd\u017ed\u0148ov<\/strong>. T\u00e1to d\u00e1vka sa nevypl\u00e1ca za prv\u00e9 3 dni choroby. Potvrdenie od lek\u00e1ra sa zv\u00e4\u010d\u0161a vy\u017eaduje a\u017e od 8. d\u0148a nepr\u00edtomnosti v pr\u00e1ci. Dovtedy sta\u010d\u00ed vlastn\u00e9 svedectvo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Matersk\u00e1 \/ rodi\u010dovsk\u00fd pr\u00edspevok<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Na matersk\u00fa dovolenku m\u00e1 na Slovensku \u017eena n\u00e1rok <strong>v d\u013a\u017eke 34. t\u00fd\u017ed\u0148ov po odpracovan\u00ed 270. dn\u00ed pred p\u00f4rodom<\/strong>. <strong>V\u00fd\u0161ka materskej je 75 %<\/strong> denn\u00e9ho vymeriavacieho z\u00e1kladu za jeden kalend\u00e1rny de\u0148. Ochrann\u00e9 obdobie pre tehotn\u00e9 \u017eeny v Rak\u00fasku za\u010d\u00edna 8 t\u00fd\u017ed\u0148ov pred o\u010dak\u00e1van\u00fdm naroden\u00edm die\u0165a\u0165a a kon\u010d\u00ed 8 t\u00fd\u017ed\u0148ov po \u0148om, \u010do predstavuje <strong>mzdu vo v\u00fd\u0161ke 100% po dobu 16 t\u00fd\u017ed\u0148ov.<\/strong> Po\u010das tohto obdobia nesmie \u017eena vykon\u00e1va\u0165 svoju pr\u00e1cu, av\u0161ak pracovn\u00fd pomer pokra\u010duje a namiesto platu sa vypl\u00e1ca d\u00e1vka v materstve. Matersk\u00e1 dovolenka v Nemecku za\u010d\u00edna spravidla 6 t\u00fd\u017ed\u0148ov pred o\u010dak\u00e1van\u00fdm term\u00ednom p\u00f4rodu a kon\u010d\u00ed 8 t\u00fd\u017ed\u0148ov po p\u00f4rode.&nbsp;Matke je vypl\u00e1can\u00e1 <strong>mzda vo v\u00fd\u0161ke 100% jej riadnej mzdy po dobu 14. t\u00fd\u017ed\u0148ov<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Matersk\u00e1 dovolenka v Holandsku trv\u00e1 <strong>10 t\u00fd\u017ed\u0148ov, pri\u010dom vl\u00e1da vypl\u00e1ca 100% pr\u00edjmu matky<\/strong>. M\u00f4\u017ee za\u010da\u0165 u\u017e 6 t\u00fd\u017ed\u0148ov, ale najnesk\u00f4r 4 t\u00fd\u017edne pred pl\u00e1novan\u00fdm p\u00f4rodom a pokra\u010duje po p\u00f4rode do uveden\u00fdch 16 t\u00fd\u017ed\u0148ov.&nbsp;Ka\u017ed\u00e1 \u017eena pracuj\u00faca v Anglicku m\u00e1 n\u00e1rok na <strong>52 t\u00fd\u017ed\u0148ov materskej dovolenky<\/strong>. Prv\u00fdch 6 t\u00fd\u017ed\u0148ov dostane 90% z priemern\u00e9ho t\u00fd\u017edenn\u00e9ho platu alebo 90% z priemern\u00e9ho platu po dobu 33 t\u00fd\u017ed\u0148ov (podla toho ktor\u00e1 suma je ni\u017e\u0161ia).&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">D\u00f4chodok<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Mo\u017eno V\u00e1s od d\u00f4chodku dnes del\u00ed nieko\u013eko rokov, mo\u017eno ho m\u00e1te za rohom, ale v kone\u010dnom d\u00f4sledku m\u00e1me v\u0161etci rovnak\u00fa ot\u00e1zku &#8211; ak\u00e1 suma n\u00e1m v tomto obdob\u00ed bude chodi\u0165 na \u00fa\u010det? Na Slovensku je garantovan\u00fd d\u00f4chodok za <strong>30 odpracovan\u00fdch rokov 33% hrubej priemernej mzdy<\/strong> z pred 2 rokov. Za 31 a\u017e 39 odroben\u00fdch rokov sa d\u00f4chodok zvy\u0161uje o 0,02 n\u00e1sobok \u017eivotn\u00e9ho minima a od 40 rokov o 0,03 n\u00e1sobok \u017eivotn\u00e9ho minima.&nbsp;Ak ste si v Rak\u00fasku platili d\u00f4chodkov\u00e9 poistenie viac ako 1 rok, zamestnancovi vznikne n\u00e1rok na alikvotn\u00fa \u010diastku rak\u00faskeho d\u00f4chodku. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u00fd\u0161ka d\u00f4chodku v Nemecku sa pohybuje v z\u00e1vislosti od v\u00fd\u0161ky pr\u00edjmu, ktor\u00e1 v d\u00f4chodku m\u00f4\u017ee vyzera\u0165 v rozsahu <strong>55,6% &#8211; 57,2% z priemernej mzdy<\/strong>. D\u00f4chodok v Holandsku sa V\u00e1m vypo\u010d\u00edta z prv\u00e9ho piliera od 67 rokov. <strong>Za ka\u017ed\u00fd odpracovan\u00fd rok m\u00e1te n\u00e1rok na 2% z pln\u00e9ho d\u00f4chodku<\/strong>. Po 50. rokoch m\u00e1te n\u00e1rok na pln\u00fd d\u00f4chodok. Na z\u00edskanie ak\u00e9hoko\u013evek \u0161t\u00e1tneho d\u00f4chodku v Anglicku budete potrebova\u0165 <strong>najmenej 10 kvalifika\u010dn\u00fdch rokov<\/strong> vo va\u0161om n\u00e1rodnom registri (nemusia nasledova\u0165 po sebe). Pln\u00e1 suma nov\u00e9ho \u0161t\u00e1tneho d\u00f4chodku je potom \u00a3164,35 (193,00\u20ac) t\u00fd\u017edenne. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Stravn\u00e9<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Hovor\u00ed sa, \u017ee kto sa dobre naje, ten sa neh\u00e1da. Ur\u010dite to plat\u00ed aj v pr\u00edpade stravovania v zamestnan\u00ed. Na Slovensku m\u00e1 zamestnanec n\u00e1rok na pr\u00edspevok  na stravu zo strany zamestn\u00e1vate\u013ea v&nbsp;minim\u00e1lnej hodnote <strong>3,83 euro, \u010do je 75% zo sumy 5,10 eura.<\/strong> Zvy\u0161n\u00fa \u010das\u0165 si hrad\u00ed zamestnanec s\u00e1m. V Rak\u00fasku dost\u00e1va zamestnanec stravn\u00e9 v hodnote <strong>26,40\u20ac na de\u0148<\/strong>. V Nemecku je tento pr\u00edspevok v hodnote <strong>22,50\u20ac na de\u0148<\/strong>. V Holandsku a Anglicku si stravu zamestnanec hrad\u00ed s\u00e1m. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">O\u010cR (o\u0161etrovanie \u010dlena rodiny)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>O\u0161etrenie \u010dlena rodiny neposkytuj\u00fa zo z\u00e1kona v\u0161etky \u0161t\u00e1ty. S nami vybran\u00fdch o to m\u00f4\u017ee zamestnanec po\u017eiada\u0165 v Rak\u00fasku alebo prirodzene na Slovensku. Ak sa star\u00e1te o \u010dlena rodiny  \u017eij\u00faceho s&nbsp;vami v dom\u00e1cnosti v Rak\u00fasku,  m\u00f4\u017ee v\u00e1m by\u0165 poskytnut\u00e9 vo\u013eno&nbsp;pri\u010dom na\u010falej dost\u00e1vate svoj plat, za ur\u010dit\u00fdch podmienok.
