Ot\u00e1zka b\u00fdvania je v s\u00fa\u010dasnosti \u010doraz viac diskutovanou t\u00e9mou. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">N\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e1 situ\u00e1cia <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>V dne\u0161nej dobe sa mnoh\u00ed \u013eudia stret\u00e1vaj\u00fa s probl\u00e9mami n\u00e1js\u0165 cenovo dostupn\u00e9 b\u00fdvanie, ktor\u00e9ho ceny by neboli pr\u00edli\u0161 vysok\u00e9. Ve\u013ea z nich si nem\u00f4\u017ee dovoli\u0165 vlastn\u00e9 b\u00fdvanie, preto\u017ee nesp\u013a\u0148aj\u00fa krit\u00e9ri\u00e1 pri \u017eiadan\u00ed o hypot\u00e9ku alebo \u00faver. Ceny nehnute\u013enost\u00ed s\u00fa nadhodnoten\u00e9 a \u013eudia nemaj\u00fa tak\u00e9 platy, aby mohli spl\u00e1ca\u0165 vysok\u00e9 \u00faverov\u00e9 spl\u00e1tky. Rovnako nie je re\u00e1lne dok\u00e1za\u0165 si naspori\u0165 to\u013eko, aby si mohli k\u00fapi\u0165 dom alebo byt za hotov\u00e9. Na\u0161i rodi\u010dia zarobili napr\u00edklad 800 kor\u00fan a dok\u00e1zali si odlo\u017ei\u0165 100 kor\u00fan, v r\u00e1mci \u010doho si raz za rok dopriali dovolenku. Dnes mo\u017eno zarob\u00edme 1300 eur, ale v porovnan\u00ed s minulos\u0165ou si vieme u\u0161etri\u0165 v prepo\u010dte rovnako. Vlastne nez\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed na tom, ko\u013eko \u013eudia zarobia a \u010do si vedia z v\u00fdplaty necha\u0165 bokom, ale ide o to, \u010di maj\u00fa zabezpe\u010den\u00fa strechu nad hlavou. Zauj\u00edma ich, aby mali k dispoz\u00edcii miesto, kde so svojou rodinou m\u00f4\u017eu b\u00fdva\u0165, ke\u010f sa z pr\u00e1ce vr\u00e1tia domov. Jednoducho to, \u010do zamestnanci chc\u00fa, je istota b\u00fdvania. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A tu mo\u017eno vidie\u0165 rozdiel v porovnan\u00ed s minul\u00fdmi dobami, kedy boli na\u0161i rodi\u010dia vo veku, v ktorom sme dnes my. Viedlo by to k zlep\u0161eniu produktivity a spokojnosti.
