Mobbing na pracovisku je preto ve\u013emi z\u00e1va\u017en\u00fd probl\u00e9m, ktor\u00fd dok\u00e1\u017ee hlboko zasiahnu\u0165 \u013eudsk\u00fa d\u00f4stojnos\u0165.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u010co je mobbing?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ide o formu diskrimin\u00e1cie, \u010do predstavuje tak\u00e9&nbsp;spr\u00e1vanie, v d\u00f4sledku ktor\u00e9ho doch\u00e1dza k&nbsp;vytv\u00e1raniu zastra\u0161uj\u00faceho, nepriate\u013esk\u00e9ho, zahanbuj\u00faceho, poni\u017euj\u00faceho a&nbsp;potupuj\u00faceho \u010di ur\u00e1\u017eaj\u00faceho prostredia a&nbsp;ktor\u00e9ho \u00famyslom m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 z\u00e1sah do slobody \u010dloveka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u010casto sa jedn\u00e1 o negat\u00edvne a&nbsp;neetick\u00e9 komunika\u010dn\u00e9 spr\u00e1vanie namieren\u00e9 proti jednotlivcovi jednou alebo viacer\u00fdmi osobami. Cie\u013eom je pritom doty\u010dn\u00e9ho potupi\u0165 \u010di vy\u0161tva\u0165 z&nbsp;pracovn\u00e9ho prostredia.&nbsp;K&nbsp;naj\u010dastej\u0161\u00edm pr\u00edkladom patr\u00ed napr. poukazovanie na chyby, zastra\u0161ovanie, neadekv\u00e1tne rozdelenie \u00faloh medzi kolegami, neschva\u013eovanie dovoleniek, n\u00faten\u00e9 nad\u010dasy,&nbsp; pr\u00edli\u0161n\u00e1 kontrola, privlast\u0148ovanie si n\u00e1padov podriaden\u00e9ho, br\u00e1nenie v&nbsp;kari\u00e9rnom posune \u010di vyhr\u00e1\u017eanie o&nbsp;ukon\u010den\u00ed pracovn\u00e9ho pomeru.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kde je obe\u0165, n\u00e1jde sa aj p\u00e1chate\u013e<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ako je mo\u017en\u00e9, \u017ee mobbing v\u00e4\u010d\u0161inou za\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa len niektor\u00ed \u013eudia a in\u00ed ho neza\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa v\u00f4bec? Mnohokr\u00e1t je to v osobnom postoji ka\u017ed\u00e9ho z n\u00e1s. Niekoho skr\u00e1tka \u0161ikanova\u0165 nejde.&nbsp;Preto je nesmierne d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 v prvom rade zbavi\u0165 sa roly obete. Preto\u017ee existuj\u00fa pr\u00edpady, kedy \u010dlovek z d\u00f4vodu \u0161ikany zmen\u00ed zamestnanie a v novom to ide nejak\u00fa dobu dobre. Po ur\u010ditom \u010dase sa v\u0161ak mnoh\u00ed ocitaj\u00fa presne v tej istej situ\u00e1cii, ako za\u017e\u00edvali na starom pracovisku.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Spolo\u010dn\u00fdm znakom je odli\u0161nos\u0165&nbsp;v&nbsp;porovnan\u00ed s&nbsp;ostatn\u00fdmi \u010dlenmi kolekt\u00edvu.&nbsp;Obe\u0165ou sa st\u00e1vaj\u00fa najm\u00e4 \u013eudia, ktor\u00ed:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>b\u00fdvaj\u00fa&nbsp;osamoten\u00ed&nbsp;(\u017eena v&nbsp;\u010disto mu\u017eskom kolekt\u00edve alebo naopak), <\/li><li>\u013eudia&nbsp;n\u00e1padn\u00ed&nbsp;(napr. re\u010dov\u00e1 vada),&nbsp;<\/li><li>\u00faspe\u0161n\u00ed&nbsp;(napr. pov\u00fd\u0161enie),<\/li><li>nov\u00ed na pracovisku&nbsp;(pr\u00ednos zmeny a&nbsp;naru\u0161enie zau\u017e\u00edvan\u00e9ho). <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Ani pri osob\u00e1ch, ktor\u00e9 mobbing vykon\u00e1vaj\u00fa (tzv. mobberi) nevieme s\u00a0presnos\u0165ou ur\u010di\u0165 typick\u00e9ho p\u00e1chate\u013ea. Predsa v\u0161ak u\u00a0nich nach\u00e1dzame ur\u010dit\u00e9 podobn\u00e9 charakteristiky ako je napr. sklon k agres\u00edvnemu spr\u00e1vaniu. M\u00f4\u017eu to by\u0165\u00a0pokojne karieristi, ktor\u00ed chc\u00fa svoj \u00faspech dosiahnu\u0165 na \u00fakor druh\u00fdch. Alebo s\u00fa to z\u00e1vistlivci, \u010di tak\u00ed, ktor\u00ed t\u00fa\u017eia po moci a vyvr\u0161uj\u00fa sa na druh\u00fdch kolegoch. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ak vznikne po\u017eiar, ohe\u0148 nezmizne len preto, \u017ee vy zatvor\u00edte o\u010di<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pod\u013ea prieskumov za\u017eilo \u0161ikanovanie na pracovisku pribli\u017ene 17% pracovn\u00edkov. Prejavi\u0165 sa m\u00f4\u017ee tie\u017e vo forme fyzick\u00fdch \u0165a\u017ekost\u00ed ako je nespavos\u0165, strata chuti do jedla, migr\u00e9ny, z\u00e1vrate \u010di b\u00fa\u0161enie srdca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u010c\u00edm v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ia firma, t\u00fdm viac r\u00f4znych pov\u00e1h. To predstavuje n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00fd proces na udr\u017eanie zdravej firemnej kult\u00fary, ktor\u00e1 podporuje otvoren\u00fa komunik\u00e1ciu a priate\u013esk\u00e9 vz\u0165ahy. Zast\u00e1va mor\u00e1lne hodnoty a&nbsp;vedie svojich zamestnancov k&nbsp;\u00facte a&nbsp;re\u0161pektu vo\u010di ostatn\u00fdm.
