Zamestn\u00e1vatelia m\u00f4\u017eu individu\u00e1lne vyjedn\u00e1va\u0165 podmienky s ka\u017ed\u00fdm zamestnancom, ak neposkytuj\u00fa inform\u00e1cie o plate verejne. Z tohto d\u00f4vodu je mnoho \u013eud\u00ed ochotn\u00fdch uspokoji\u0165 sa s <strong>ni\u017e\u0161ou mzdou<\/strong>, \u010do je sp\u00f4soben\u00e9 mnoh\u00fdmi faktormi. D\u00f4vody m\u00f4\u017eu by\u0165 podcenenie, slab\u00e9 vyjedn\u00e1vacie schopnosti alebo nedostato\u010dn\u00e9 znalosti o priemernej mzde v ur\u010ditom odbore. Tieto faktory by sa v\u0161ak nemali bra\u0165 do \u00favahy. A pr\u00e1ve preto sa Eur\u00f3pska \u00fania sna\u017e\u00ed tento probl\u00e9m vyrie\u0161i\u0165. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ako konkr\u00e9tne sa E\u00da zaober\u00e1 t\u00fdmto probl\u00e9mom?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Nov\u00e9 pravidl\u00e1 smernice E\u00da o transparentnosti boli prv\u00fdkr\u00e1t navrhnut\u00e9 v marci 2021. Po ich ned\u00e1vnom schv\u00e1len\u00ed rie\u0161ia dva hlavn\u00e9 probl\u00e9my &#8211; rozdiely v odme\u0148ovan\u00ed \u017eien a mu\u017eov a celkov\u00fa transparentnos\u0165. \u017deny s\u00fa v E\u00da platen\u00e9 v priemere pribli\u017ene o <strong>13 % menej<\/strong>. Rozdiel sa pohybuje v rozmedz\u00ed od 0,7 % v Luxembursku a\u017e 22,3 % v Loty\u0161sku. Rie\u0161en\u00edm bola povinn\u00e1 spr\u00e1va o platoch od ka\u017ed\u00e9ho zamestn\u00e1vate\u013ea s viac ako 100 zamestnancami. Ak s\u00fa \u017eeny za rovnak\u00fa pr\u00e1cu platen\u00e9 minim\u00e1lne o 5 % menej a neexistuje na to objekt\u00edvny d\u00f4vod, zamestn\u00e1vate\u013e je povinn\u00fd to <strong>napravi\u0165 <\/strong>a <strong>kompenzova\u0165 <\/strong>nedostato\u010dn\u00e9 platy zamestnancov. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Platov\u00e1 transparentnos\u0165 pre uch\u00e1dza\u010dov o zamestnanie<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>V navrhovanom nariaden\u00ed t\u00fdkaj\u00facom sa transparentnosti odme\u0148ovania uch\u00e1dza\u010dov o zamestnanie sa vy\u017eaduje, aby zamestn\u00e1vatelia poskytli <strong>jasn\u00e9 inform\u00e1cie<\/strong> o po\u010diato\u010dnej \u00farovni alebo rozp\u00e4t\u00ed mzdy v inzer\u00e1te o vo\u013enom pracovnom mieste alebo pred pracovn\u00fdm pohovorom. Zaveden\u00edm t\u00fdchto usmernen\u00ed bud\u00fa ma\u0165 uch\u00e1dza\u010di o zamestnanie v E\u00da pr\u00edstup k inform\u00e1ci\u00e1m, ktor\u00e9 potrebuj\u00fa na prij\u00edmanie rozhodnut\u00ed o svojich kari\u00e9rnych mo\u017enostiach, a zamestn\u00e1vatelia bud\u00fa ma\u0165 mo\u017enos\u0165 vytvori\u0165 transparentnej\u0161\u00ed a spravodlivej\u0161\u00ed proces prij\u00edmania zamestnancov. To je nie\u010do, \u010do v spolo\u010dnosti<mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#200d4f\" class=\"has-inline-color\"> <a href=\"https:\/\/atena.org\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Atena<\/a><\/mark><a href=\"https:\/\/atena.org\"> <\/a>rob\u00edme u\u017e roky, preto\u017ee si uvedomujeme d\u00f4le\u017eitos\u0165 transparentnosti a v\u00e1\u017eime si na\u0161ich zamestnancov.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pr\u00e1vo zamestnancov na inform\u00e1cie<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u0161etci zamestnanci v E\u00da, bez oh\u013eadu na ve\u013ekos\u0165 spolo\u010dnosti, bud\u00fa ma\u0165 pr\u00e1vo p\u00fdta\u0165 sa na v\u00fd\u0161ku svojej <strong>osobnej<\/strong> mzdy a na<strong> priemern\u00fa <\/strong>v\u00fd\u0161ku mzdy. To plat\u00ed pre skupiny pracovn\u00edkov rozdelen\u00fdch pod\u013ea pohlavia, ktor\u00ed vykon\u00e1vaj\u00fa rovnak\u00fa alebo podobn\u00fa pr\u00e1cu. T\u00e1to nov\u00e1 politika umo\u017e\u0148uje zamestnancom z\u00edska\u0165 d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 inform\u00e1cie o odme\u0148ovan\u00ed. Zabezpe\u010duje tie\u017e, aby sa so v\u0161etk\u00fdmi zamestnancami zaobch\u00e1dzalo rovnako.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nemala by by\u0165 transparentnos\u0165 odme\u0148ovania normou?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Hoci v niektor\u00fdch krajin\u00e1ch E\u00da je be\u017enou praxou, \u017ee zamestn\u00e1vatelia uv\u00e1dzaj\u00fa plat v inzer\u00e1te o vo\u013enom pracovnom mieste, nie je to tak v\u0161ade. Ak sa pozrieme napr\u00edklad na Severn\u00fa Ameriku, v Kanade existuj\u00fa z\u00e1kony o transparentnom odme\u0148ovania len v<strong> 6 z 13<\/strong> jurisdikci\u00ed. A v USA je to e\u0161te hor\u0161ie. Z\u00e1kony o transparentnosti m\u00e1 len <strong>17 z 50<\/strong> \u0161t\u00e1tov. Nie v\u0161etky z nich v\u0161ak vy\u017eaduj\u00fa, aby zamestn\u00e1vatelia poskytovali uch\u00e1dza\u010dom inform\u00e1cie o rozp\u00e4t\u00ed platu. Aj ke\u010f je situ\u00e1cia v E\u00da ove\u013ea transparentnej\u0161ia, st\u00e1le sa na\u0161li krajiny, ktor\u00e9 zamestn\u00e1vate\u013eom neukladali povinnos\u0165 zverejni\u0165 platov\u00e9 podmienky pred uskuto\u010dnen\u00edm pracovn\u00e9ho pohovoru. Preto bud\u00fa ma\u0165 zmeny smernice ur\u010dite pozit\u00edvny vplyv na zamestnancov v celej E\u00da. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ako vn\u00edmame zmeny v smernici E\u00da o transparentnosti?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Transparentnos\u0165, spravodlivos\u0165 a rovnos\u0165 pr\u00edle\u017eitost\u00ed<\/strong> s\u00fa z\u00e1kladn\u00fdmi kame\u0148mi, na ktor\u00fdch stoj\u00ed spolo\u010dnos\u0165 <a href=\"https:\/\/atena.org\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#200d4f\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Atena<\/mark><\/a>.
