Jej cie\u013eom je zv\u00fd\u0161enie z\u00e1ujmu \u013eud\u00ed vycestova\u0165 za pr\u00e1cou, \u010di zjednodu\u0161enie podmienok zamestn\u00e1vania \u013eud\u00ed z tret\u00edch kraj\u00edn. V novele navrhuj\u00fa zv\u00fd\u0161enie viacer\u00fdch pr\u00edspevkov na podporu mobility za pr\u00e1cou, ako aj zavedenie nov\u00e9ho pr\u00edspevku na pres\u0165ahovanie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zv\u00fd\u0161enie u\u017e existuj\u00facich pr\u00edspevkov<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00edspevok na doch\u00e1dzku za pr\u00e1cou st\u00fapne zo 135 \u20ac na 200 \u20ac. Pr\u00edspevok na podporu mobility za pr\u00e1cou predstavoval doteraz maxim\u00e1lne 250 \u20ac &#8211; po novom to bude maxim\u00e1lne 400 \u20ac v pr\u00edpade jednotlivca a 600 \u20ac v pr\u00edpade man\u017eelsk\u00e9ho p\u00e1ru. Popri zmene v\u00fd\u0161ky pr\u00edspevkov sa men\u00ed ja podmienka t\u00fdkaj\u00faca sa vzdialenosti &#8211; zo 70 km kles\u00e1 na 50 km. V\u00fdraznou zmenou prejde aj vymedzenie sp\u00f4sobu dopravy do zamestnania &#8211; doteraz bolo mo\u017en\u00e9 pr\u00edspevky pou\u017ei\u0165 iba pri doprave hromadn\u00fdmi dopravn\u00fdmi prostriedkami. Po novom bude mo\u017en\u00e9 pr\u00edspevky \u010derpa\u0165 bez oh\u013eadu na sp\u00f4sob dopravy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nov\u00fd pr\u00edspevok na pres\u0165ahovanie za pr\u00e1cou<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Novelou z\u00e1kona sa zav\u00e1dza \u00faplne nov\u00fd pr\u00edspevok na pres\u0165ahovanie za pr\u00e1cou. Jeho maxim\u00e1lne v\u00fd\u0161ka bude 4000 \u20ac, v pr\u00edpade man\u017eelsk\u00e9ho p\u00e1ru 6000 \u20ac. Podmienkou pre poskytnutie nov\u00e9ho pr\u00edspevku bude, \u017ee poberatelia musia preuk\u00e1za\u0165 vynalo\u017een\u00e9 n\u00e1klady.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zamestnanci z tret\u00edch kraj\u00edn<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u010faka novele z\u00e1kona sa taktie\u017e zjednodu\u0161ia podmienky pre zamestn\u00e1vanie \u013eud\u00ed z tret\u00edch kraj\u00edn. K tomuto kroku prist\u00fapili kv\u00f4li nedostatku kvalifikovanej pracovnej sily. Nov\u00e9 podmienky sa bud\u00fa t\u00fdka\u0165 iba okresov s nezamestnanos\u0165ou ni\u017e\u0161ou ako 5% a bud\u00fa ich m\u00f4c\u0165 aplikova\u0165 iba firmy, ktor\u00e9 za posledn\u00e9 dva roky neporu\u0161ili z\u00e1kaz neleg\u00e1lneho zamestn\u00e1vania.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Komisia na \u00farovni tripartity vytvor\u00ed zoznam zamestnan\u00ed, v ktor\u00fdch pretrv\u00e1va nedostatok \u013eud\u00ed.&nbsp;&#8222;S cie\u013eom zr\u00fdchlenia procesu pri vyd\u00e1van\u00ed jednotn\u00fdch povolen\u00ed vo v\u0161eobecnosti sa navrhuje skr\u00e1tenie obdobia pre nahlasovanie vo\u013en\u00fdch pracovn\u00fdch miest za \u00fa\u010delom pos\u00fadenia situ\u00e1cie na trhu pr\u00e1ce z 30 na 20 kalend\u00e1rnych dn\u00ed,&#8220; pribl\u00ed\u017eil poslanec Petr\u00e1k zo Smeru-SD. Po\u010det takto zamestnan\u00fdch \u013eud\u00ed m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 u dan\u00e9ho zamestn\u00e1vate\u013ea najviac 30% z celkov\u00e9ho po\u010dtu zamestnancov.&nbsp;Zamestnancom z tret\u00edch kraj\u00edn sa m\u00e1 pod\u013ea novely zabezpe\u010di\u0165 aj vhodn\u00e9 ubytovanie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na z\u00e1klade novely z\u00e1kona sa vytvor\u00ed aj kv\u00f3rum pre v\u00fdpo\u010det podielu zamestnancov z tret\u00edch kraj\u00edn.&nbsp;&#8222;Kv\u00f3rum tvoria v\u00fdlu\u010dne intern\u00ed zamestnanci pracuj\u00faci aspo\u0148 na polovi\u010dn\u00fd pracovn\u00fd \u00fav\u00e4zok, aby si zamestn\u00e1vate\u013e nemohol umelo kv\u00f3rum zvy\u0161ova\u0165 napr. do\u010dasne pridelen\u00fdmi pracovn\u00edkmi alebo zamestnancami form\u00e1lne zamestnan\u00fdmi na hodinu mesa\u010dne, pr\u00edpadne zamestnancami na dohody o pr\u00e1cach vykon\u00e1van\u00fdch mimo pracovn\u00e9ho pomeru,&#8220; uv\u00e1dza sa v n\u00e1vrhu. To znamen\u00e1,&nbsp;\u017ee ak zamestn\u00e1vate\u013e zamestn\u00e1va z celkov\u00e9ho po\u010dtu zamestnancov&nbsp; viac ne\u017e 30 % \u0161t\u00e1tnych pr\u00edslu\u0161n\u00edkov tret\u00edch kraj\u00edn a m\u00e1 z\u00e1ujem zamestna\u0165 \u010fal\u0161\u00edch, nebude m\u00f4c\u0165 vyu\u017ei\u0165 navrhovan\u00fd zjednodu\u0161en\u00fd postup (aj ke\u010f sa jedn\u00e1 o zamestnania s nedostatkom pracovnej sily).&nbsp;Toto opatrenie m\u00e1 zabr\u00e1ni\u0165 zneu\u017eitiu nedostatku kvalifikovan\u00fdch pracovn\u00fdch s\u00edl na soci\u00e1lny damping.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Parlament schv\u00e1lil novelu z\u00e1kona o slu\u017eb\u00e1ch zamestnanosti.
