Najviac obyvate\u013eov v dan\u00fdch krajin\u00e1ch je rozp\u00e4t\u00ed 35 \u2013 44 rokov, \u010do sa poklad\u00e1 za jedno z pracovne najprodukt\u00edvnej\u0161ie vekov\u00e9 obdobie popul\u00e1cie. Pre celkovo 95,6% respondentov je d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9, aby ich zamestn\u00e1vate\u013e mal \u0161pecifick\u00fd pl\u00e1n vzdel\u00e1vania zamestnancov. Mnoh\u00ed \u013eudia vn\u00edmaj\u00fa pr\u00e1cu aj ako oblas\u0165, v ktorej m\u00f4\u017eu uplatni\u0165 svoje schopnosti a n\u00e1js\u0165 ist\u00fa vn\u00fatorn\u00fa osobnostn\u00fa sebarealiz\u00e1ciu resp. vn\u00fatorn\u00e9 uspokojenie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Slov\u00e1k ako zamestnanec je pracovit\u00fd, chce v\u0161etko to, \u010do vid\u00ed, za\u017eije inde, nem\u00e1 probl\u00e9m precestova\u0165 pol sveta, aby to dosiahol a je to jedno, \u010di pracovne, v podnikan\u00ed alebo \u0161t\u00fadiu. Slov\u00e1k sa vie maxim\u00e1lne uskromni\u0165 len aby dosiahol zados\u0165u\u010dinenie a to v akejko\u013evek \u010dinnosti, ale jeho skromnos\u0165 mnohokr\u00e1t pripom\u00edna sk\u00f4r zakr\u00edknutos\u0165, \u010d\u00edm sa v konkurencii ove\u013ea \u0165a\u017e\u0161ie presadzuje, ako jeho kolegovia napr\u00edklad z \u010ceska. Pri hodnoten\u00ed celkovej spokojnosti s pr\u00e1cou a zamestnan\u00edm v zahrani\u010d\u00ed sa Slov\u00e1ci vyjadruj\u00fa preva\u017ene pozit\u00edvne a deklaruj\u00fa spokojnos\u0165 so zamestnan\u00edm ove\u013ea \u010dastej\u0161ie ako nespokojnos\u0165. Mo\u017eno poveda\u0165, \u017ee Slov\u00e1ci s\u00fa \u0161ikovn\u00ed \u013eudia? Patria medzi naj\u0161ikovnej\u0161\u00edch na svete. Existuje rebr\u00ed\u010dek, ktor\u00fd ukazuje, ako sa dok\u00e1\u017eu \u013eudia v jednotliv\u00fdch krajin\u00e1ch prisp\u00f4sobi\u0165 na nov\u00e9 technol\u00f3gie a nau\u010di\u0165 sa ich vyu\u017e\u00edva\u0165.
