Od vzdelania sa odv\u00edja fungovanie pracovn\u00e9ho trhu a mnoho in\u00fdch oblast\u00ed. \u0160vaj\u010diarsky vzdel\u00e1vac\u00ed syst\u00e9m je do detailu premyslen\u00fd a priamo prepojen\u00fd s pracovn\u00fdm trhom. Najprv si toti\u017e zvolia firmu, kde sa chc\u00fa vyu\u010di\u0165 za ur\u010dit\u00e9 povolanie, a a\u017e potom \u0161kolu, kde nav\u0161tevuj\u00fa hodiny teoretickej v\u00fdu\u010dby odborn\u00fdch a v\u0161eobecnovzdel\u00e1vac\u00edch predmetov a \u010das\u0165 praktickej pr\u00edpravy. Tak\u00fdmto sp\u00f4sobom s\u00fa pripraven\u00ed do \u017eivota a m\u00f4\u017eu ihne\u010f po \u0161kole za\u010da\u0165 naplno pracova\u0165 bez potreby za\u0161ko\u013eovania. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u017diaci tak\u00e9hoto odborn\u00e9ho vzdel\u00e1vania sa naz\u00fdvaj\u00fa u\u010dni. Pred n\u00e1stupom podpisuje s majite\u013eom podniku zmluvu a stanov\u00ed sa mesa\u010dn\u00e1 mzda, ktor\u00fa bude dost\u00e1va\u0165. T\u00e1 v\u0161ak nie je v takej v\u00fd\u0161ke, ako m\u00e1 zamestnanec na riadny \u00fav\u00e4zok. Vo \u0160vaj\u010diarsku sa vysok\u00e9 \u0161kolstvo \u010dlen\u00ed na univerzity, vysok\u00e9 odborn\u00e9 \u0161koly a in\u0161tit\u00faty vy\u0161\u0161ieho vzdel\u00e1vania. V\u00e4\u010d\u0161inou po absolvovan\u00ed stredn\u00fdch odborn\u00fdch \u0161k\u00f4l pokra\u010duj\u00fa \u0161tudenti na vysokej odbornej \u0161kole a po ukon\u010den\u00ed gymn\u00e1zia na univerzite.
