Definuje sa ako stav <strong>fyzick\u00e9ho, emocion\u00e1lneho, psychick\u00e9ho aj ment\u00e1lneho vy\u010derpania<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00f4vodom vzniku tohto ochorenia je <strong>\u017eivot v upon\u00e1h\u013eanej dobe<\/strong>, v ktorej sa kladie d\u00f4raz na <strong>v\u00fdkon, \u00faspech, dosiahnutie najlep\u0161\u00edch v\u00fdsledkov, pr\u00edli\u0161n\u00fd perfekcionizmus bez kompenz\u00e1cie oddychom<\/strong>. Stret\u00e1vame sa so zau\u017e\u00edvan\u00fdm tvrden\u00edm &#8222;Kto nehor\u00ed, nevyhor\u00ed.&#8220; Naj\u010dastej\u0161ie toto ochorenie postihuje \u013eud\u00ed s <strong>ve\u013ek\u00fdm entuziazmom<\/strong> pre pr\u00e1cu, ktor\u00ed si na svoje plecia zober\u00fa toho ve\u013ea. Tento \u010dlovek potom toto nad\u0161enie paradoxne str\u00e1ca a nahr\u00e1dza ho frustr\u00e1cia a znechutenie, nedostatok energie a v kone\u010dnom \u0161t\u00e1diu aj strata zmyslu \u017eivota. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Niektor\u00e9 profesie ohrozen\u00e9 viac <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>K syndr\u00f3mu vyhorenia doch\u00e1dza aj v z\u00e1vislosti od <strong>povolania<\/strong>, ktor\u00e9 dan\u00e1 osoba vykon\u00e1va. Na druhej strane sa nevyh\u00fdba \u017eiadnej profesii a m\u00f4\u017ee sa objavi\u0165 u ka\u017ed\u00e9ho bez rozdielu.
