Vysok\u00e9 n\u00e1klady za energie \u010di men\u0161ia tr\u017eba &#8211; ke\u010f\u017ee \u013eudia bud\u00fa menej nakupova\u0165 a vyu\u017e\u00edva\u0165 slu\u017eby &#8211; zapr\u00ed\u010dinia to, \u017ee spolo\u010dnosti nebud\u00fa ma\u0165 dostatok financi\u00ed, aby si mohli dovoli\u0165 zaplati\u0165 tak\u00e9 mno\u017estvo pracovn\u00edkov, ako za \u010dias, ke\u010f sa im darilo. Na to, aby sme dok\u00e1zali pochopi\u0165, pre\u010do k prep\u00fa\u0161\u0165aniu zamestnancov doch\u00e1dza, najprv si mus\u00edme uvedomi\u0165, \u017ee prep\u00fa\u0161\u0165anie je <strong>poslednou vecou<\/strong>, ktor\u00fa chce zamestn\u00e1vate\u013e realizova\u0165. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ak\u00e9 je percento nezamestnanosti teraz? <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>U\u017e teraz sa dv\u00edhaj\u00fa \u00farokov\u00e9 sadzby, ktor\u00e9 bud\u00fa r\u00e1s\u0165 aj na\u010falej, \u010do tie\u017e sp\u00f4sob\u00ed vy\u0161\u0161iu nezamestnanos\u0165. Viac o zvy\u0161ovan\u00ed cien \u00farokov\u00fdch mier si m\u00f4\u017eete pre\u010d\u00edta\u0165<a href=\"https:\/\/atena.sk\/blog\/porovnanie-cien-elektriny-a-paliv-v-krajinach-eu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> <\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/atena.sk\/blog\/10-dovodov-preco-vycestovat-za-pracou-ihned\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">tu<\/a>. Percentu\u00e1lna miera nezamestnanosti v krajine je 7,09%. Predpoklad je tak\u00fd, \u017ee k zvy\u0161ovaniu nezamestnanosti d\u00f4jde u\u017e po\u010das <strong>prvej polovice<\/strong> bud\u00faceho roka 2023. Pod\u013ea predikci\u00ed bude ove\u013ea vy\u0161\u0161ia ako t\u00e1, ktor\u00e1 vl\u00e1dla v tomto roku. Zamestn\u00e1vatelia v\u0161ak svojich zamestnancov prep\u00fa\u0161\u0165aj\u00fa len v <strong>krajnom pr\u00edpade<\/strong>. Situ\u00e1cia sa m\u00f4\u017ee kedyko\u013evek r\u00fdchlo obr\u00e1ti\u0165. N\u00e1sledne firma bude musie\u0165 h\u013eada\u0165 a obsadzova\u0165 op\u00e4tovne nov\u00fdch zamestnancov. Preto ani po\u010das ekonomickej kr\u00edzy nechce svoj person\u00e1l prep\u00fa\u0161\u0165a\u0165.
