Who will be my employer? Your agency or the company?

Each job offer is individual. You can find out which offer is for which contract in the description of that offer. Who your employer will be depends on the specific job offer and the country you choose to work in. Some employers prefer to recruit applicants through an agency first, and others recruit new applicants directly into the tribal workforce. Once employed, there is always the option to transfer to the company’s tribal status.
