Do you want to take a retraining course? You get it through REPAS!

If you are unemployed, registered with the Job Centre and want to retrain, the Job Centre will reimburse you. A retraining course, which you can choose according to the area you want to work in, can help you to get a better job.

Don’t know which course to choose? One of the most popular courses, not only in Slovakia but also abroad, are IT courses. It is because of the rapid development of technology nowadays that this field is in high demand by employers. At REPAS you can choose from more than 300 courses. To get started, we recommend that you attend specialized SQL, Java or SAP courses.

It is by programming and working with databases or SAP that you have the opportunity to start your career, which can be very well rewarded. So, if you are unemployed, in a few weeks, after completing the course, you may be an IT expert.
What needs to be done? It’s simple. You visit the Job Centre, contact your case officer, who sends you a REPAS application form to fill in. You will then agree on a training date that suits you. REPAS staff will add information about the training, conditions and price to the application.
The last step is to take your application to the Job Centre, where it must be approved. You should receive confirmation of your training reimbursement request within two weeks at the latest.
