The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs has submitted a draft law for comments, which would increase the maximum care allowances as of July this year. The aim of the proposal is to bring the amount of the allowance closer to the minimum wage.
UPDATE (16 April 2018)
Tripartite approves increase in allowances for carers
From July 2018, the financial allowance for caring for the severely disabled should be increased for all groups of recipients. The amount of the allowance will now be fixed. This follows from the amendment to the Act on cash allowances to compensate for severe disabilities, which was approved by the Economic and Social Council on Monday.

Allowances will not evolve from the amount of the subsistence minimum
According to the amendment, the amount of the allowance for care and personal assistance should no longer be based on the minimum subsistence level, but on the minimum wage, which, according to the Ministry of Labour, will ensure a higher year-on-year increase.
