Bonus for referring a friend
One of the advantages we offer is a built-in commission system in the form of a reward for referring a new client. Our employees, whether internal or external, as well as outsiders who don’t work for us, can recommend someone they know who would be interested in working through a successful company. It has the opportunity to inform us about a person who needs a job or is applying for a new job, or has the desire to change their career or travel abroad and try a different, previously unknown life. Of course, the recommended person must meet certain conditions after being hired in order for the recommender to be paid this commission. He or she must prove himself or herself on the job and have worked for a certain period of time.
Attractive remuneration amounts
Atena has a variety of job offers from diverse sectors. We arrange nursing staff for seniors abroad. We recruit clients for various positions in the manufacturing industry in the form of long-term hiring = personnel leasing in various countries of the European Union. We provide skilled temporary workers, so candidates who have the time and want to do something extra alongside their work have a chance. The following remuneration levels apply for referrals of one person. However, feel free to give us an echo of more than one person. The remuneration for a recommendation for the position of opatrovateľ in Germany, the Netherlands, England working on a contract of employment is determined by the value of 300 euros. However, the client must work for three months. This premium is paid in three instalments in part after each month of work. The first part is paid after 30 days, the second part after 60 days and the third part after 90 days of service. The cost of arranging a live-inopatrovateľ (we work with this model in Austria) is €100. In this case, the amounts are divided into two instalments. The first half is earned after the opatrovateľhas worked 14 days. Second instalment after 28 days of service.
When a worker is recommended for employment through a staff leasing, the remuneration is EUR 100. The first amount is paid after 100 hours have been worked and the remaining amount after 200 hours have been worked. We will reward the referral of temporary workers with a one-off amount of 10 euros after they have worked three shifts of 7.5 hours. We reward not only tips on smart people for external cooperation, but also for internal positions in all our branches with a commission of 300 euros. We reward the positions that are the most beneficial for the company with a really motivating amount = 1000 euros. This includes positions such as IT specialist, HR consultant with German language or finance director or accountant, which we fill at our headquarters in the heart of Slovakia, in Banská Bystrica, where we also have the possibility to provide accommodation. The first part of the benefit will be paid after successful completion of a three-month probationary period and the remainder after six months’ service. We can arrange accommodation for most positions, even abroad.
