Recently we had reason to rejoice. 14. March we celebrated a special anniversary – 15 years of operation on the market. It is quite a long period of time, which is a testimony to our success, when we are able to stay on the market and fight with the competition. However, the foundation of any business is to believe from the beginning in success. As you can see, it pays off.
Anniversary = significant moment
The anniversary of the founding of a company is an important milestone for every person who decides to go into business. In addition to reminiscing about the difficult beginnings and the efforts made, this event also presents an opportunity to take stock of what has been achieved over the years and to reflect on future steps for improvement. It is a time used to look ahead and to be able to say how we want to develop further. In Atena we want to get better and more successful and 15 years on the market motivates us to achieve even more than we have done so far.
Hard work
Where we are today all started with the decision, the initial efforts and the vision of one man – the CEO of our company. Over the years of work, we have experienced ups and downs, faced challenges, lived through critical periods in the world, continuously introduced new innovations. All of this has moved us forward and led to the company’s prosperity. Gradually, we have achieved a number of successes. Through hard work and dedication, we have built a reputation as a trustworthy and reliable company.
Transnational scope
Our activity is engaged in the placement of work for people. We focus mainly on posting care staff abroad. In 2008, we started on the Austrian market. Over 15 years, we have expanded our cooperation step by step to other countries of the European Union. We have become an internationally recognized multinational company with operations in 18 countries. We currently employ 1,450 people. More than 40,000 clients have found new jobs through our company so far. We work with more than 1,000 business partners for whom we are looking for skilled staff.
Over the years of doing business, we have travelled abroad for friendly meetings with business partners. In return, they came to see us in Slovakia. We organize regular monthly teambuilding sessions, during which we draw strength for further work and get to know each other within the team. As a result, more than just classic collegial relationships are formed between us. It is an annual tradition to organise a Christmas party and Christmas markets. Our best employees are rewarded for their achievements during the year with an exotic holiday. Last year we visited the attractive African Zanzibar, before that the Dominican Republic. This year we will visit the Latin American destination of Cuba.
Continue to work hard
In Atena we strive for the satisfaction of both companies and employees, which is our greatest honour and the best evaluation of our work. It is key and it is one of our priorities. Milestone in the form of 15. anniversary reminds us that our work matters and we are on the right track. Because the competition in the market is so fierce, we know that we have to continuously improve in order to maintain our position as a leader. That’s why we always try to be flexible and adapt to new trends and the needs of our clients. This anniversary is an opportunity to thank everyone who uses our services. Thanks also to our staff. Without them, we would not have achieved the successes we have achieved. That’s why it’s important that we value their work and that we motivate and support them in growth and development.
In the years to come, in Atena we wish to welcome thousands of new clients, whom we will help to find a good job with an attractive salary, to establish further collaborations with international companies, but most of all we want the satisfaction of all parties. Our goal is to continue to move forward and maintain our service excellence.
