That’s why we have decided to introduce a new benefit – a contribution to the nursing course.
Course in the required quality
We will provide an allowance of up to €200 for care staff to attend an accredited care course. Reimbursement of the course is available to all caregiverswho are employed through our company on a Slovak employment contract. It is therefore an opportunity for caregiversworking in Germany, the Netherlands or Belgium. However, the course must meet certain criteria to ensure that the teaching is of high quality and that the graduate takes away information that will be useful and helpful to them in their work. The total time commitment should cover a minimum of 220 hours, which is approximately 5-6 weeks. The prerequisite is to attend the course in person and regularly without skipping attendance so that the student does not miss any of what will be covered. The advantage is that you can choose a course in your home country.
It is also necessary that the course contains both theoretical and practical part, where caregivertries out the acquired knowledge on concrete examples in model situations. The course must also include work experience in senior care facilities. At the end of the course, you must pass an exam consisting of a written test and a practical task. An adequate course with the required quality is, for example, a course that covers Red Cross. This international organisation operates in several countries around the world, so they can graduate caregiversof many nationalities. V Athens we will verify that the course has the required accreditation and that staff have completed it to the required extent and quality. Entitlement to the allowance will arise upon successful completion and completion of 120 days of service. We will provide it on a course approved by us.

At the same time, the course gives caregivers the practical skills needed for the job. They know how to perform basic hygiene, administer medications, work with a catheter, a lifting device, or position themselves correctly in case they encounter immobile patients. This will make the work easier for them and lead to more efficient and responsible performance. They themselves will feel more comfortable and confident in it.
