A couple of months ago, we started to add articles on various topics related to HR, caregiving and happenings in our company. Why did we at ATENAdecide to dedicate ourselves to writing and posting regular blogs?

Education

Many companies use blogs as a marketing tool. We created it because of the added value – education, whether internal employees, but also those external, as well as random visitors who visit our blog and are interested in learning something new. One of the main reasons that led us to start the blog is that we want to educate our clients and employees and keep them informed about the latest news from the world of HR and caregiving. We intend to bring readers up-to-date news in these areas.

Help

The intent of the blog is to help people find what they might be interested in, what they’re looking for an answer to, and what they can relate to. Our interest is not just to get as many clients and collaborations as possible, but to help people find jobs in a real way. However, we do not force them to take up employment with us. At the very least, we try to help them gain valuable information about the world of work so that they can get a job, even if it is not with us, and know what to avoid and what to look out for. The knowledge will broaden their horizons about the work sphere so that they can better navigate and orientate in it.

Building of relationship

By choosing the topics for our blog, we want to differentiate ourselves from the competition. We search for and bring new, interesting topics so that they can be useful and at the same time be an interesting diversion for whoever reads about them. We publish our tips and advices on how to improve your working life. Within the blog we provide information for free, thus building our credibility in the market. We also want to create and maintain relationships with our clients, partners and employees and stay in touch with them. Another of our visions is to motivate people to work and live life actively. Not to be idle, but to try to work on themselves and move forward. On the blog we try to present our opinions, which we do not impose on anyone, but offer as inspiration.

Responsibility

Thanks to many years of experience – we have been operating on the market for 14 years – we have found that the general knowledge and understanding of HR, labour relations, the labour market and the opportunities it offers is quite low among ordinary people – not just job seekers. That is why we feel the need to share our knowledge and experience with the public. It is sometimes difficult and challenging for the average person to get useful, comprehensible and well-crafted information gathered in one place that is helpful and that they can actually work with and use in real life after reading it.

We offer answers and solutions

People experience different situations throughout their lives that are often challenging. Certainly job loss falls into this category. That is when they are looking for solutions, and it is not always easy to find the right starting point and the right way to help, or where to go, who to turn to in order to get the right answer that will be the most beneficial for them and that they need.

Our aim is to create a wide range of interesting job offers with the possibility of immediate start, complementing the practical knowledge in the articles. ATENA’s philosophy is to inform about vacancies objectively and in detail. On the blog we discuss issues related to finding a job. We strive to deliver timeless solutions that make it easy for candidates to get into any job. That is also our blog. We want to guarantee our clients job security and stability, above-standard salary and career growth. We are a global company that finds jobs that candidates are interested in.
